This is exclusive to only player using the CELSIOR when you tune it. Using it as reference to Sasaki’s MACH tuning. Since CELSIOR is also his vehicle of choice

In certain maps. It is recommended to choose certain settings such as C1 is recommended 720-740 HP Hakone is recommended 740-760 HP Kobe & Hiroshima is 660 HP Wangan & Yokohane is 840 HP Varies in VS battles too, remember higher HP doesnt necessarily mean you go faster
