I think depending on the chosen car the player has, the chosen tuner will be different... E.g. If the car is a Celsior, then Gen Sasaki will be your support in the tuning (tested when tuning my very old Celsior Taxi ver. car) otherwise Kitami is the main support! Instead of it being Hell's Tuning, it then says Heavy tuning, which is the same but differently worded in description...

@@KingL1berty Correct. He will be your tuning support for the Celsior! I will test out to see the other brand cars on whether its all Kitami as your primary tuning support or another Wangan Midnight character. Its still the same thing but worded differently with the setup.
