​@@RizqiArrayyanhe got white meter, along with wmmt1-2 and wmr bgm which could indicate that this fc was registered as far as wmmt1 or 2 and then transferred to 3 (since basically completing story in wmmt2 without losing will give you a white meter, along with wmmt1-wmmt2 & wmr bgm once you transfer your car to wmmt3). Along with that, he also had yellow meter and 10 outrun bgm that indicates this fc also completed one loop once in wmmt4.

Complete story mode once in wmmt3-3dx+ or transfer your car that has finished story mode in wmmt2 without losing to wmmt3 as far as i remember
