You should defintly watch it because it's a manga in differents parts so you'll always find something that you like in it, the parts are : Phantom Blood with Jonathan Joestar, happen in the past England, gory fight against vampire. Battle Tendency with Joseph Joestar, happen pre WWII, have really cools fights with lot of twists. Stardust Crusaders with Jotaro Kujo, happen in 1989 the first parts with the "Stands", have the the most episodes in the anime. Diamond is Unbreakable with Josuke Higashikata, happen in 1999, have the best Stand fight yet in the anime. There are 4 more parts ( Vento Aureo, Stone Ocean, Steel Ball Run, JoJolion ) but haven't been adapted yet, hope it'll help

Jojo is about various family members from a single family, each part follows a different member with the gimmick being that each of their names can be shortened to JoJo. If you want to break it down into series, series 1 covers both part 1 and part 2, Phantom Blood with Johnathon Joestar and Battle Tendency with Joeseph Joestar. Series 2 and 3 covers Stardust Crusaders with Jotaro Kujo and finally, series 4 covers part 4, Diamond is Unbreakable with Josuke Higashitaka (if i spelt that right).
