I had to stop playing Glitters. Every game back line sleeps until front is dead, and canyon always has the lowest is players and gets t3 rushed. Such a lame map with artillery spam.

There was a KZbinr that this strat all the time when I just found out about BAR (about a year ago). Pretty sure he got a bit of a bad rep for bringing in new players who only went hard eco.

To be fair, Drongo did start to play and support Frontline. But by that time the whole community became hostile towards him. He seemed like a brilliant meta gamer and he fully understood the game mechanics and eccoing. His builds were insanely technical and OCD. He could also actively narrate his game and meta strategy, while playing which I feel not many can do.

Drongo is big in the AoE scene, I found him from his AoE3 videos, he's doing Age of Mythology Retold stuff right now. I think he was only doing BAR while AoE4 was not in good shape a while back. He always talks about how he loves TA though, I wouldn't be surprised if he made some more BAR videos at some point. Maybe when Legion is officially added.

Probably because we don't want a culture where a player throws the game by destroying friendlies after losing one fight. People die in every game, and it might not be obvious to everyone if the game is 'basically over'.

If it was a noob lobby, the two high OS players teaming up against the lone low OS player was just bad sportsmanship. That will keep preventing the game from growing if new players are obliterated so early and so harshly. Very rarely will a new player put up with it to keep playing.

tell the low OS player not to spawn opposite the High OS players before game start then.

Well, this Rag all in Eco build is only good if your team wins 7v8 for 25 mins this is dead weight until your teammates already craft themselves an advantage over the opponent In other words, you contribute to end the game, not to win it
