The Cult's Electric album is one of my favorites. Every song is a banger. Love Removal Machine was the biggest hit from the album

I was a Marine M60 gunner at the time this came out, and I have to say that in bars in Korea, the Philippines and Thailand we were not doing anything good to smooth over the harmonious ties between the US and those countries. Our attempts more than a couple of times spilled out into the streets and ended with us splitting the scene before the cops showed up. The good old days!

The other bands I saw that day were Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Pearl Jam, Redd Kross, L7(Female Grunge/Punk band), and Shudder to Think. Great show!
