Unfortunately, it wouldn't work well for overnight sleeping. It only holds a usable amount of air for 4 or 5 hours. It isn't flat, so it would be tough on the shoulder to sleep in for anything more than a quick nap. It's great for lounging though.

These are great for music festivals. The only downside is they are too comfortable and you may end up falling asleep.

I use a box fan to inflate mine, has lasted 2+days. I guess you could use a leaf blower.

Could I use a hair dryer on cold if I’m home or a air mattress inflates ?

It would be worth a try. Only thing that might make that challenging is the lounger is so long.

How about side sleeping?

I'm not sure that it would be very comfortable to lay on one's side in this lounger, or one similar, for very long. You kind of sink down into it. There are some air-capture loungers that have a mesh support in the center for the length of the lounger, so you don't sink down into them so far. I think that style would be more comfortable for side sleeping.
