This was the most tragic and catastrophic incident whr thousands of Ugandans lost their Lives ....But things went just like that without any investigation report to compensate the Innocent souls who lost their Lives .....the Transportation Company was liable to compensate those the damages caused on Environment and mostly the Lives of the Innocent...People who left orphans and widows....THE GOVERNMENT WAS INDEED LIABLE FOR TO COMPELL THE COMPENSATION.....
