Ialways wanted to have simple nikah with 4 to 5 people but no one supported me , so upset Hardly i have seen aunty example where people agreed of marriage in small no of people like 20, 30.. No Even i don't like engagement concept. But wondering why people are enforcing this a lot now a days... I was fully against for the same but people hardly listens.... Also i m against of grand marriage ceremonies, but don't know why people just don't want to listen and follow... Some people don't demand dowry but ask for good food good hosting of 200 400 people wondering if it isn't alternative of taking dowry, and they feel they really made or very simple according to Islam. And demanding good food with menu is acceptable no trouble provided.. Please answer is demanding food with presenting menu is it right or wrong because many people even after doing the same just don't accept even don't realise that they did any mistake!!!???

Exactly 👍.. Most of these rituals (rusoomaat) are done by women in Mijority,... doesn't matter they are educated or not. These mothers and mother-in-laws are so ignorant from the authentic teachings of Our Deen(religion). They don't practice themselves and when their sons or daughters demand not to do these ,they don't correct themselves but also threaten their offspring.. May Allah SWT guide them and forgive them for their complete ignorance. Ameen
