With the Acolyte Episode 5 now out on disney plus an already failing to reverse the backlash coming from the fans after the disaster that is acolyte episode 3.....those like leslye headland and kathleen kennedy have been defending this series at all costs along with bob iger the disney ceo....one major development now has to do with the acolyte episode 5 which includes poor dialogue, acting and a lack of storytelling that desperately used mindless action to make up for all of that and failed. The acolyte episode 5 sith criticism is also another major issue. This also comes in the wake of the Amandla Stenberg situation where she mocked star wars fans and those against the show along with the disney dei agenda.

Even if the girl can block force sensing the guy should be able to sense and notice there's something abnormal in her specifically because of the mannerism behavior, etc. if the other girl hasn't been around her sister for years, she wouldn't know how the girl behaved to mimic it. Just because they look the same same, doesn't mean they act /walk and express themselves the same way. He should be able to notice it even without force sensing.

The mind blowing thing is, Disney - Up to a few years ago - Were MASTERS of using Legacy Content and Characters to generate new stories and revenue. Look back to the 1990s. DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, and TaleSpin all happened in the Disney Universe. They all remixed existing characters and threw in a few new ones in creative ways to create new worlds and stories. Also, just about any classic Disney films or characters, how many times have they been reused in thoughtful and creative ways? In ways that are successful as far as revenues and popular with the fans? Disney has taken characters going back to the Walt days and handled them brilliantly. Star Wars should have been a gimme, and started out very well with Disney. Then a few years ago, they went off the rails at the top.

Why would anyone want to make a Star Wars series that is reflective of the modern world? Entertainment is about escapism, not reminding people of the discord and dissention of current events. Fans want to be able to leave the modern world behind and to lose themselves in a fantasy universe that offers thrills, danger, hope, and adventure. Tbh if it was me, making a pre-prequel series involving sith, you could of use Darth Maul book, "shadow hunter", what Maul did before episode 1, Maul (Maul as the acolyte/apprentice) killing jedi in the background without exposing sith /proving himself to sidious. You could have Darth Plagueis and sidious and what they were doing up to lead up to ep 1. If you want a strong female jedi /character, she could be the jedi investigating missing jedi/people but in the end die, before she could reveal to jedi and the jedi council of Maul and sith. This wouldn't go against lore. Just saying 😌 because this show breaks so much lore, and the story is lacking so much. Idea of maul being the acolyte: Season 1: Maul in training and sent by sidious to Eliminate certain targets, where he is sent into coruscant's underworld, where he discovers / learns about the different crime families (ties into later during clone wars /solo where he starts his own criminal empire), jedi sent to investigate murders/ Rumours.. Season 2: Maul and his criminal empire during clone wars and ends events of rebels and his death by obi-wan. Season 3: obi-wan burys maul, but returns many years later to find body missing/stolen. Mauls body is put in cyro and is brought to korriban(homeworld of the sith) and brought before Darth Talon (Dark side Female) and thou use of sith alchemy, bought back to life (if disney can bring Palpatine back why not maul) and they start to rebuild secretly and sets up maul and darth talon as main villains for reys movie. As george lucas always wanted maul and darth talon in his idea of a Sequel. What do you think???

With each new episode coming we go closer to this show not being around anymore and even though this Lesley Headland will probably continue to blame those who don't agree with her vision but once all over will probably won't hear anything about her again unless she being parody by South park newest special also I commend Mike Zeroh for watching this show cause much like most wasn't gonna do that have better time to use then what this show has to offer honestly.😂

Nothing has to be adapted to a modern Era. Just make a good show. That's all anyone wants

Star Wars didn’t need to change to reflect our modern times. First off it’s a space fantasy series, not Earth. On top of that it already had strong and diverse characters of all types (male, female, aliens). Hopefully at some point Disney smartens up and takes Star Wars back to its roots, with good stories and great characters.
