I went to a Christingles on Xmas eve and the church was packed to the rafters. Families, old, young, noise, laughter and singing carols. Very British, very traditional and absolutely wonderful. I have only recently returned to church and can say how welcomed I was. Instant friendship. Also our churches are doing wonderful community services and long may it continue. Jesus reigns ❤❤❤

As a child I was in a mixed church choir back in the 1980's. I bounced between the boys and girls section for when the boys either couldn't be bothered to turn up, were sick or their voices broke and they left. Once the boys left due to their voices changing it was difficult to find any boys who wanted to join and then most of the choir were girls.

Please keep boys only choirs. And girls only choirs. And mixed ones. Otherwise it's like loosing one of the colours of the UK flag, or even worse, mixing all 3 colours together to get a rather strange purplish colour with no meaning, and no vibrancy. For that young lad, royalty is a piece of magic in a hard world, they also do a huge amount of good work, and if you got rid of them there would still be poverty etc

The British monarchy are the most evil, most corrupted, most inbred royal family in european history. They have stolen everything from across the nations . They are the richest land owners in Britain, they own the Coastline, yet, charge the RNLI Charity rent for having boathouses on their coastline. And the most selfish family with the biggest collection of stolen jewellery in European Royal family history. Not to mention all the artifacts stolen from hundreds of museums from around the world, to be put into British museums. The Royal family are nothing but thieves and scroungers. GET RID OF THEM.

@hendo5, that was before there were governments when the monarchs ruled. Now, there are governments who are to blame for the state of things. Especially labour governments, they are all the same. We have the same in Australia as you do in the UK. The incompetence of the governments is to blame for letting in all kinds of rif raff, for the state of the economy, and their complete lack of any knowledge how to do the right thing by the people. They make ask these promises prior to being elected, and then when they get into govern, all those promises go out the door, and we are the ones to suffer the consequences of their inability to produce what they promised. They suck big time.
