See, that's the exact problem I have with the constant pulling of the race card on people who aren't racists. When they do that, it encourages White people to actually start becoming more racist and to dislike black people. I've had a couple of people try to get me fired for simply following the rules and doing my job instead of bending over backward to do things I'm not even allowed to do for them at jobs and they claimed I was a racist, when all day long, I would have pleasant interactions with people of various races who were simply polite and not entitled and conducted themselves respectfully and respectably. I would often help people of varying races and go above and beyond when the black employees I worked with refused, but all it takes is one idiot pulling the race card to jeopardize your job when you're a White man. Blacks know this, and weaponize this concept. It is infuriating.

OK, the few got reparations and now the whole dang bunch of residents, no matter what race, they will suffer for not having stores, pharmacy, grocery stores available because people want to steal. Done deal! My grandson is autistic. He stole. I went back to the store and paid for the item, made him throw the candy away in the trash, apologize for stealing to the clerk at the store and he cried the whole time, but he hasn't stolen anything again and I did the same thing with my son when was a child. But I did punish him afterwards. Parents are responsible in teaching the right way and the wrong way. The people who are doing this are hurting their own neighbors and neighborhood and they're doing it just to get it free and not pay for it. I just moved back to my hometown after being gone 25 years. Imagine my dismay, when not one, but two beloved malls were completely closed. Why? Because people were stealing from stores. The stores closed and moved out. Eventually the entire mall completely closed. Then the same exact thing happened to the other mall. There's absolutely different issues in regards to the types of people that are being referred to over here, but that sheer volume and scope of theft isn't one of them in my experience. Even if Walgreens WAS a non-profit, they'd still fucking pack up. If people are stealing products, that means the products are NOT going to the people who actually need them, just to people who want them and can run fast. It's been a long time accusation by blacks that "White Flight" is racist and therefore must be prevented. That didn't work in Detroit, St Louis, Memphis, and Baltimore as businesses relocated to safer areas. But with Boston, it seems they are sensing that there could be blood in the water if the federal government will prevent Walgreens from leaving due to fear of losing black votes. Hopefully they not be able to treat Walgreens as fairly as they treated orange.

In N Out burger is closing one store for just that reason, in Oakland it's not that they're losing money, it's that criminals, many violent, have targeted their customers and employees, and the company would rather close and lose the money than find out someone was murdered being a patron or employee. This is a huge problem entirely pushed by democrats who are once again making sure poorer communities are going to continue being set back, making sure these people keep democrats in power to keep the welfare coming.

It's about 8 minutes to my local one too once you factor in parking and walking to it. And I'm in town. Plenty of folks around my part of the world live out on farms that are 20, 30, 60 minute drive into town for anything. Some of them are elderly and on low incomes too.
