Been watching Michael for many years now (about 6 probably), and he's spot on. Very clear thinker who reads the right stuff.

He's not being honest about a song of ice and fire though. It's full of gratuitously graphic sex.

He makes a good point. Since the serpent first fooled Eve people have been stubbornly trying to prove we can run things just fine, thank you very little. God's response? "Okay, your will be done." Then what happens? We come back home, chastened for the moment anyway. After that it's wash, rinse, spin, repeat. God truly has an infinite amount of patience, and I'm truly grateful for that. I'm just doing my best not to test it anymore but that's me.

I'm a millennial who went to college late with a bunch of Gen-Z'ers, and I regularly talk about how they give me hope. Most of my generation's Christians were shallow who put on a big act because it made them popular, then fell away in adulthood when Christianity made them unpopular. They often distrusted people who asked complicated questions, and then immediately threw out religion when they found a little bit of evidence for Evolution. Gen Z is not like this (at least not from my experience). They are often very engaging with people whom they disagree in a respectful way. They have genuine passion for God and enjoy deep conversations on the matter. I think they have seen the failings of we millennials, and are thus more open to faith. They may be quick to compromise, however, and if the media (left or right) gets to them then they will instantly turn on anybody with a different view, but overall they appear more passionate about God, more compassionate towards people, and more open to dialogue.

I also grow with metal music. I like Christian Black Metal (@ Unblack Metal) band like Antestor, Horde, Forsthard, Crimson Moonlight, Bedeiah, Frost Like Ashes, etc. I still love that kind of music.

Love when he talked about the cycle - so true. We see it in the history of mankind (Judges is a good example of the cycle going through numerous times).

Bishop of Steubenville cancels the only Latin mass at the University of Steubenville… Any comments, Matt? I know you don’t raise your family in the Novus Ordo, you go to a Byzantine church - what about the traditional Catholics?

He's not being entirely honest about the Song of Ice and fire. It's full of filth. It's a shame because the story line and characters are so good but it's also thoroughly pornagraphic (they don't just "talk about it." That's how it starts and that's how it pulls you in then it starts with the gratuitous graphic descriptions) and you can't sincerely say otherwise.
