My man I recently started wolcen and my heart went for annihilation/ slayers fury - sort of use rage in channel skill swap to willpower channel skill. Apparently there is also infinity blades that work nicely. But would you consider making a IB/SF or SF/annihilation build video ? Or at least tip me on what i should be focusing

Sorry for the late reply, I missed your comment for some reason. I have both a SF and IF build video uploaded you can check out if you haven´t already. About the Annihilation/Slayers Flurry it might be a bad combo since Annihilation is a spell and Slayers Flurry is an attack and that would require some sort of hybrid build meaning it won´t be optimized for maximum dmg. Also Annihilation needs to be channeled so you are kinda rooted in place while using it making you vulnerable to hits and it probably won´t be doing a ton of dmg either if you are trying to focus on attack dmg with Slayers.

In your description you mention crafting with genesis stones to get the projectile strength, but you can't use gems to craft? Did you type that right?

Great build! Quick question, on your skill tree, what is the alignment on the second ring? You show third ring, and I can determine inner ring from picture, but not sure if you are using the Ranger ring adjacent to white arrow or assassin. I’m assuming it’s Ranger,

Hi, it seems like pretty effective build. I was little bit searching but nobody is doing builds with 2h staff. Are you planning add some ? Btw when i see your dps, i think my gameplay is totally lame.. Right now iam trying to make something like toxic+aether corpse explosion guy.. but i am just at lvl 70. Great job at your guides btw.

Getting those 20 extra Gates of Fate points can make a big difference when it comes to dmg and ofcourse spending them correctly and having good gear helps too ;) The problem with staff builds is that you can get the same stats and dmg on a 1H´er BUT with a 1H´er you can also equip a catalyst that provides a lot of extra dmg from flat dmg stats plus crit dmg, transfer time, extra sockets etc. making staffs inferior to 1H + Catalyst setups. @@mandrillen77 Thank you very much. I ll try to do my best with new aquired knowledge :-) I am not really sure reason why they did not do 1h staff (wands). These magic builds have a lot of restrictions and as you said ppl with try hard most efficient DPS builds will definitelly go for main hand weap + off hand rather than 2h staff, bcs it does not have even equal attributes(slots for gems as you mention). Update for chapter IV? I'm trying to run a rend version of the build but i have a questiuon. I have all of the new rend/material dmg uniques rend sernzar trial belt targeting rings X2 and im wondering if using these items withj there procs are worth loseing the dmg from the pierce node

Projectile pierce is very strong since the node Hungry Stalacite boosts projectile dmg by 25% for each remaining pierce so you want as much pierce as possible. If you have Targeting ring you probably don´t want to take the node Archions Teachings though since this only give you +1 projectile in exchange of -30% projectile dmg where Targeting ring gives +2 projectiles in exchange of roughly the same -30%

I'm testing using 1 targeting ring trial belt and then 2 pierce jewelery and the nodes against using the new rend version of sern'zar and 1 targeting ring with a 20% thirst (to be replaced) and not taking pierce at all or even using 2 targeting rings. Also do you think turret is better than havoc orb when im scaling proj/rend dmg?

How you use main Arctic Spear with Autoturret, Duskshroud? Arctic Spear need staves/catalyst. Im new to the game.

I use a dagger in main hand and a catalyst in off-hand. Autoturret and Duskshroud can be used with daggers, bows & pistols. Then the catalyst in off-hand gives me access to the other skills like Artic Spear, Aether Jump & Livor Mortis

Sublime Fracture. But they really nerfed that skill a LOT so don´t be suprised if you see a big dip in your dmg.

@@mandrillen77 Ah right, that makes sense. Another question: why do you get Beacon of the Lost - according to the skill tree linked, you don't use the sacred damage version of arctic spear? Also, I'm not sure I understand your intention with the golem - you show the melee tank version in the video, but the tree has the ranged version? :)

@@grone1778 The way Beacon of the Lost works is it adds 25% sacred spell dmg to the spell dmg you already do. For example, if my Arctic Spear do 100k dmg I get 25% or 25k dmg on top of the 100k for a total of 125k dmg but the 25k added is sacred dmg if that makes sense. About the golem, I picked the lightning version since I use elemental dmg which is also a ranged golem but enemies needs to be within range before they engage so sometimes you´ll see them not shooting.

Yes, it´s been nerfed a bit but I am currently lvl 77 and have unlocked 180 difficulty so far and doing fine with this build.

@@bluntastic They nerfed Arctic Spear dmg, especially the node called Sublime Fracture now reduces your dmg by 67% instead of 30% (I think it was) + some nodes in GoF has been nerfed as well. I can still do 217 missions like before patch but it takes way longer and my dmg is probably 1/3 or at least half of what it used to be. I have spoken with a Wolcen official about the nerf and my concerns has been passed to development, so fingers crossed for a buff.

The game is overall in a good place but there are still a few bugs here and there but nothing gamebreaking. An easy to play and good beginner build would be a full summoner build.

The game is in a much better state now than when it was released a couple years ago. You might still encounter a bug here and there but I´d say 95% of them have been fixed by now and the game is still being worked on too so it´s not something I would be worried about from my current experience.

Very good builds mate! Unfortunately, all your progress, all your characters will be destroyed and nerfed by the incompetent developers, who will reset all characters to level 40 and change the attributes of all items. And this is not the last time they will make this change. And all this just because of some act 4, which will offer a maximum of 3-5 hours of game time(

Thank you. Considering it´s been more than 2 years since last reset I don´t mind it that much, since we get to keep all our gold, affinity, gems and crafting reagents. And even though character levels and items gets scaled back to lvl 40 many of the unique items will still be as good since many of them are used for their special bonus stat, like Trial belt, Worm-Tooth, Furys Divergence etc. and they retain that bonus even with other stats being slightly lower. I´d rather they did something else but it could be worse than this is all I´m saying.

@@JanHylmar True but even with scaled back items etc. it won´t take THAT long to get leveled up and your items will still be powerful for a lvl 40 so they won´t be completely useless though they will have to replaced eventually of course. On top of that they will lower the exp needed to lvl up scaling from 5% to 45% xp per lvl from lvl 40. As said, I think it´s not so terrible but thats just my opinion and you already have a fix for that playing offline 🙂

The uniques are not mandatory and the build will do very well without them too. They are just what I consider the best options to get the strongest and fastest setup possible but legendary alternatives will mainly only result in losing out on some cooldown and movement speed.
