Just wowed, Ogun State has produced a lot of powerful Nigerians! I pray for prof Wole Soyinka brilliance and Grace 🙏🏼 May you continue to live longer in good health sir 🙏🏼

Thanks to our elder Wole...having walked in big shoes this far. Above all, that the prof emeritus would consider the yearnings of his mother...the voice of His Creator...reconciliation with His Maker...that his hoary head may truly know peace in long, long eternity. Peace only in Christ The Prince. Having lived here this long, that the patience and forbearance of God may be the testimony of your salvation prof.

Wole Soyinka. I thoroughly enjoyed reading his works, especially The Telephone Conversation. A great Nigerian, a great African.

Yes I understand. Someone didn't have the lion in him & he missed the jewel. Mr. Wole Soyinka is a Lion who definitely won all the jewels.

You mean your hypocritical Yoruba respect? Nah, we don't do your brand of respect. We don't glorify or idolize villains. We have no slavish, almajiri respect for no one. Respect is earned. I want no part of your kind of respect

Wole Soyinka is clearly the Father of African Literature. He has the Highest and most Coveted Literary Award in the World (Nobel Prize in Literature) amongst many other Prestigious Awards. Wole Soyinka is a Lion who won all the Jewels needed to be won. Why should you call chinua achebe the father of African Literature when he died without winning the Highest Literary Award? All awards collected by chinua achebe are mediocre awards I'm proud to be a Yoruba/Anago man.
