Creo que la adición de Theo y Joel fue parte de el sonido de la banda para que llegarán al punto en el que están ahora, a pesar de que Ellie y Joff son excelentes, a la hora de componer cambiaron para bien, tomando en cuenta sus primeros lanzamientos al punto de llegar a My Love Is Cool, es un sonido increíble, más pesado, más lleno, creo que fue lo mejor que pudo pasar.

​​​​@@delamoramartinezosmarignac2317 es verdad, pero aún así, los dos primeros álbumes, en especial quizás My love is cool tiene una influencia de ideas de los primeros miembros y de Joel y Theo, y creo que eso hace q tenga un sonido especial, talvez por eso es mi álbum favorito, aunque es difícil decir eso cuando se trata de tu banda favorita, Visions of a life es igual de bueno y BW que al inicio me costó ver esa nueva faceta de la banda, quizás más apegado al pop?, Pero me terminó gustando, ojalá hayan muchos más álbumes y más contenido por mucho tiempo

Yes, Joel joined shortly after this as James DC broke a wrist falling off Joff’s shoulders and Sadie went off to be a nurse, opening the door for Theo.

First drummer--was a friend of Joff's. Broke his arm falling off of Joff's shoulders at a concert, so Joel replaced him as an emergency fill-in, and remained. Bassist--Ellie's friend Sadie, about whom Ellie wrote "Bros". Sadie left to attend school, and the band recruited Theo.
