Hi Seri! You said in the video that you wondered how long it would take to find a mate. Well not so long ago I watched a documentary on a wolf the lived in Yellowstone, and he went out to look for a mate BUT it took a long time to find one. He had to call for a mate for months...or even years! When he found a mate he wanted the leader or the pack started... well not like chasing him but like being aggressive and trying to get him away from the female. Untill he finally was able to find his mate, it took quite awhile. :) So, I believe it can take any amount of time because they can't do what you do just to go fight 3 wolves then, find there mate.! :)

I did a tiny bit of research and found out that lone wolves will try to survive for as long as they can, and if they're lucky, they will come across another "dispersal" but of the opposite gender. In a way, females make themselves more desirable by becoming the most dominant female within their area. Males "win" the acception of that female by not only becoming the most dominant male, but also by "foreplaying" with the female by cuddling her, grooming her, sticking by her side ALL THE TIME, and even sleeping next to her to show he is loyal and he will defend the pack they will eventually have. Females almost never initiate the mating proposal, as the males are usually the ones to do so. Males can be rejected if she is not ready to mate or she does not believe that he is strong enough to father her puppies and protect a pack.

To sleep you usually click r and then z. Also, if you look at your compass and the circle above it you can find out whether or not your are in hunting or wolf territory without having to look at your map. ( The circle will change to either a wolf or deer to show you what territory you are in.)

I have hunted 2 Bull Elk and they give you around 480 XP. To sleep you just press the Z button. It gives you options to sleep until Dawn, Morning, dusk and/or Night :)

I feel like every single different pack will have a member will have a bad dream, even tho I know its her dying lol. I feel like the dreams could be used as like a warning to the wolf who had the bad dreams puppies. I know its probably not lore but it is my theory i suppose. More info: Like eclipse fighting the bull elk, may e in the future his mates pups will have something like dying from a elk or just having their own dream that is the same, I still don't know and I know that nobody will see this but that's ight. Gonna watch every single episode :,)

+Bonnie the bunny They do indeed have emotions! :D What kind, their complexity, the reasoning and motives behind those emotions are completely different from humans though - a lot of people sell animals short and project themselves onto the animal, which prevents them from being able to respect and see the world from the animal's point of view. The trick is realizing that emotions are, for all intents, in every creature but their motivations for those emotions are vastly different in each being and we need to respect that.

Hello Seri! I have developed a story for my game: A young male wolf named Night has gone out of the Lamar River Pack to find a female that can support their young, so he leaves his home lands. He hunts among the elk near Amethyst Mountain to prove his skills. Day after day he hunts, then, he goes to the Amethyst Mountain pack. He finds a female named Huntress and the easily become mates, then, they hunt together for the last few months they learn from each other and adjust their style of hunting. Easily they succeed every time they hunt, so as the winter months come they go to Slough Creek. They nestle in the Meadows den and they have four healthy pups named Assassin, Rouge, Svea and Iris, they survive the winter. Then the go to the summer hunting grounds. And the father teaches them to hunt. They all grow and the second litter comes..... TO BE CONTINUED

I assume that mates are picked by demeanor. a female will want to mate with a more dominant male that could keep other wolves away from the territory or keep wolves in line.
