Hilarious, though I'm not sure if this really counts. The elf possessing Rill seemed somewhat hesitant about wanting to fight her after realizing she was part-dwarf, in a similar way that Patry, upon hearing that Yami was originally from another land entirely, felt that he had no quarrel with Yami, since his anger was against the humans of the Clover Kingdom. Perhaps the elf and dwarf societies were actually friendly 500 years ago in this series?

There was subtle foreshadowing about it throughout the show. Ever since the very first time she actually got serious over her food. Remember: She stomped Catherine AFTER her sheep devoured her magic. Even Clover Clips hinted at it so much. And a few episodes earlier when the gang thought she turned into an elf, you could hear a wolf's growl/howl. Not to mention, even for a commoner, she has *FAR* more magic reserves than she should, which means something was definitely up. We just didn't pay too much attention to it because 'Oh, it's just Charmy being Charmy!' We've been played...
