First of all: Love this song... Warning: Spoil !!! Don't read, if you haven't watched all episodes yet. *crie*... In episode number 29 Quent died. Damn he was so cool and I felt so sorry with him. I loved how he saved Blue when this car drove fastly to her. First I thought Toboe is a little not very intelligent boy but how he fought with darcia, when he attacked Quent, was so impressing. I'm very sad that they died in the end because I thought Toboe could be the new fellow of the old surly man.

i walked into a store that sold anime music this was new never heard of it, bought just the album. i liked the cover and yoko kanno. Mind became blown. That same week went and bought anime box set. Had my friends watch it and rest is history. Meet character designer( also of cowboy bebop) at an anime covention and the producer(wolfs rain) Why i felt compeled to tell you this, idk.

this is just a beautiful song and i truly think that it encapsulates the essence and the beauty that exist within this particular anime. yea the plot certainly leaves us lost and baffled in a number of areas but its still brilliantly done. the music and the dialog that exist between the wolves and the humans makes up for the deficiencies that exist in the plot. this is a anime that values friendship and morals and commitment, each wolf being very childlike and focusing on one goal, paradise

these soundtrack are completely underrated...people need to look past the Cowboy Bebop and GITS SAC soundtracks...both are amazing works...but Wolf's Rain imo is Yoko Kanno's best.

Have ya heard her work in Zankyou no Terror? While her work in Wolf's Rain is fantastic, i believe the OST in Zankyou no Terror is untouchable, truly a gorgeous sound track
