"Wolf Spiders Are Easy" (Grounded)

Best way to kill wolf spiders in grounded: For the mutations if you are a beginner then I recommend any of these mutations: "Meat Shield", "Parry Master", and "Cardio Fan". If you dont have any mutations, it's ok. the best weapon for killing a wolf spider (as a beginner) is either an insect axe, or a peblet axe. I recommend using a fast attacking weapon in order to deal maximum damage to the wolf spider by getting combo hits, while blocking the attacks.
MOST IMPORTANT THING: Learn to parry every attack of the wolf spider.

Parry master doesn't make parries easier. It only grants stamina regen on a parry.

Also the wolf spider's 3rd attack for the combo attack is a bit bugged and it misses. Not sure if it is intentional or its a bug that is going to be fixed. The best weapon to kill the wolf spider in the 1.0 update is the if you played long enough is the antlion greatsword in my opinion.

What's the difference about perfect parry with shield and without it? If i have shield equipped can i perfect block or i cannot?

The shield is there to negate damage like blocking should you miss a perfect block. Wolf spider will poison you as long as you didn't perfect block it's attack. Shield serve as a backup to prevent wolf spider for poisoning you

yeah not surprised you used parry master for it being the best fucking mutation in the game, was able to solo every thing in grounded old and new inlcuding the praying mantis boss and black widdows without taking damage on woah difficultly with and without it :)

parry master doesn't increase the parry window, it only grants a stamina refund on a parry, which almost is irrlevant, because parries don't consume stamina.

The video was made before the 1.0 update so the axe might deal less damage now and no this is not easy mode. The insect axe is a good counter to the wolf spider and deals extra damage against it.

The only hard part is the jump attack. That attack got me so much. But I remembered a tip. I needed to look slightly up also the jump attack is about 0.75. seconds long

I’ve demonstrated my parrying skills in front of my friend by killing a wolf spider with a pebblet axe without taking a single hit (and mind u this is a brand new world that I opened up, no armor, smoothies, heals, or mutations, just the 1.6 years worth of experience in grounded all fused into a pebblet axe)

Actually, the best way is to go after them in the daytime. You hunt them. Don't let them hunt you.
