I understand that some people like to keep them as pets but so many rabbit owners get SOOOOO bent out of shape when you being up the fact that most people don’t think that way. Rabbits are pests to gardeners? NO! They’re pets! Rabbits are good in stew? NO! They’re friends! Rabbit pelts can make good gloves? NO! They’re beautiful and smart and shouldn’t be killed! I’ve been accused of being an animal abuser and has rabbit owners threaten to break my face with a 2x4 just for pointing out that they are easily frightened and can have a heart attack over just about anything Love rabbits? Fine by me. But don’t have a hissy fit because most people don’t want a pet that eats its own shit, can’t be picked up without screaming, and can have a heart attack and die because it farts too loud (I have personally witnessed this) 😂
