@@zekromfusion6319 The double health is *why* Dynamax is more balanced. It increases offense and defense, meaning it self-counters in a defensive manner. Plus, lasting for three turns instead of just happening once means other forms of counterplay counterplay are less about a guessing game and more about navigating a known quantity. Also, dynamaxing works basically the same on every mon, even gigantimax mons, as opposed to z-moves and megas which are basically a whole other set of things to memorize.

Dynamax is 3 turns of 2x hp and Super high attacks moves with stat buffs attached. I'd say it's a bit more broken than z moves.
