Isn't the expanding force a terrible play around the 26:00 mark. If wolfey would have called it which would have been kinda crazy the low kick doesn't ko and you have a confirmed protect. And there was never the fear of trickroom cause the politoad was locked in to perish song so it could have been ko'd that turn anyway if trickroom were to go up.

SPOILER SHIELD I dont think it was a very good play at all by Chuppa to not ever switch out the Sneasler after all the attack drops from Incineroar. At that point he ended up just having a frail dark type just for the sake of rolling for a mere possibility of statuses. Wolfe could have dealt with it whenever he wanted and just opted for eliminating all of its clearly more effective partners first.

Perish song is insanely hard to use. Only Wolfe has seen any real high level success with it and even then only in a small handful of formats.

there is plenty of counterplay and perish trap is one of the rarest and hardest strats to use in all of vgc (in a few metagames its gonna be useable and unusable in the rest) also ps vgc doesnt have bans
