Self proclaimed Artist here-really resonated with this video. Normally I’m not one to leave comments, but I feel somewhat obligated to do so here just because of how nice it was to hear something I can relate to if that makes sense. Being a creative is just difficult. I often overthink as well, and sometimes I just don’t do anything for the sake of not wanting to mess up my perception of a “perfect drawing.” I, too, just tend to trash anything that even seems remotely off for the dumbest of reasons… ^^; I’m just kind of rambling… but I guess my point is, this video came out at a great time considering what I’m sort of dealing with as well. I think it’s very commendable that you continue to show up and continue, even with all these doubts. It’s very inspiring, in a way, and I only wish you the best going forward.

Hello! I often transcribe music and remix it orchestrally, and while it's not nearly to the level of creative originality that an artist or content creator produces, I relate to this. Those little things that ONLY you will notice, it's self-deprecating. I don't post any of those transcriptions or remixes (mostly because they're underqualified compared to the original), so I can't say I relate to the feeling of suspense and how other people react, but I can relate to the feeling of editting something over and over and over and sometimes (often) scrapping projects because it's just not turning out the way you envisioned in your head. Even live things have this, where only you will notice the problem. Every band knows this, whether it's concert, orchestra, marching, rock, whatever. There's things that happen behind the scenes that mess up sometimes, and often in band SOMETHING wrong happens. The thing I learned in marching band is that unless somebody's literally trained and paid to notice what's wrong, they won't. The truth is, we as an audience support those we follow, and the majority, while typically silent, will stay loyal no matter what happens. As much as the internet shows how many people lack basic empathy, the majority do understand or at least attempt to understand what's happening on the creator's side. I haven't said names because this applies to anybody who creates some form of art, because as cheesy as the statement is, anything can be or already is art, and some audience in the world will find it beautiful.

If Wolfy is concerned about his audience not actually knowing him as him, then I'd suggest doing a video that doesn't include gaming. Like a one off kind of thing. Maybe a tutorial on how to make his preferred type of tea? Maybe even some kind of Q&A type stuff along with it? Only a suggestion, but I think it could help us get to know CameronPlayz better and even help Wolfy mentally.

You were there when I was bored after school, you were there when C0VID happened and I was scared and now as I'm heading into adulthood your here still, making everything feel just a little easier. I hope you don't find that pressuring as it's not meant to be. Frequent viewer and longtime player of Bloons here: The reason why we like your content is because its refreshing to take a break from the serious, sweaty nature of how most players play, and just have someone get genuinely excited about the more mundane aspects of this game and sorta breathe new life into the community. The game and the community is great and all, but sometimes it can feel so stale being trapped in the same sort of echo chambers and routines. And its nice to see a new player not take anything too seriously and just appreciate this game for what it is. That's why I, and probably many others, watch your content. THAT BEING SAID, and I need you to listen up because this is VERY IMPORTANT that you heed my words, becuase it may seem harsh but it's completely true and you're probably not gonna hear this from anyone else; While im enjoying this sorta tier 5 showcase and all and seeing you rank every tower: there's gonna be a point when you're gonna run out of T5s, and then the once seemingly infinite well of content will dry up, and you're not gonna know what to do and you're viewers are gonna start to get even more hungry, and once they notice that there's no more content to go around, they're just gonna leave and your viewership is gonna absolutely TANK. That's why it's VERY IMPORTANT to have a plan so that you can take your cool t5 showcase and use that into a jumping off point and actually start breaking the mold and carving out a niche for yourself. If you don't believe me, check out Boltrix's battles 2 content from the beginning, and MrEnder. They did the exact same thing as you and the same thing happened to them both; and they never fully recovered from it. All because they didn't have a plan for when the magic well ran out. So I don't mean to stress you out, but I just need to know you'll make a plan so you don't suffer the same fate, You don't have to do it rn or anything, just think about it, and maybe take it slow so this time so you can ration out your content so you dont burn through it all in like a couple months. I think for you a good niche might be just taking it slow and grinding out metals on maps one at a time, as well as doing some strategy showcase. I think people will really be interested in watching you grow from a noob into an actually compotent player. Everyone loves that sort of thing. Also, make sure you interact with the community. Visit the subreddit every now and then, talk to some other creators on discord; and maybe start thinking about collabs. As Matpat said, youtube is a positive sum game, meaning the more you interact with and collab with other youtubers, the more you'll all grow and build up a good platform together. But if you keep an 'Isolationist' and/or competitve mentality, you'll never really establish and grow yourself that much and your channel will stagnate. Look at every other bloonstuber out there, and you'll see this is exactly what happens. They.rarely ever break 100k views when we used to see them make millions. And I know this is possible because its exactly what happens. Look at the (rare) collabs they do and just how much it boosts viewership on both sides. Whether you like it or not, you're part of this community now; and at some point, you're gonna have to accept it even if you don't feel like it. As the Hermitcraft server(minecraft) perfectly demonstrates; its better to join together with everyone to make a big, and actually stable boat, rather than just have a bunch of tiny rafts. They are in a rare position where they hardly have to worry about viewership anymore because they're all constantly building each other up and making their channels (and by extension, their livelihoods) more stable as a result. I'm sure thats something we can all strive for. Thanks for reading, and nonetheless, You don't have to reply, but if you can just leave a heart on my comment so I know you understand. I'll keep copying and pasting this to your other videos every now and then just so I know you see it.

1: it might be harsh but you have to know "we" don't watch "you" because one day you'll be good at the game. No, it's because of the vibe you give. 2. the biggest hurdle you have to overcome is yourself. 3. don't lesson to the people who say go touch sum grass, because they are the one who's scared of changes. 4. if you ever feel like this, go live and do the tea time, because "we" as humans need interaction or we will go insane. 5. I just wanna say, I’ve been watching your content for years wolfy and you’re one of the few KZbinrs who can keep me entertained, and I absolutely love your content. I used to watch like 25 different KZbinrs as a kid but now I watch like 3 or 4 cause I just don’t find the others as entertaining, but your content has always been amazing, for the last few years I’ve been having a depression spiral and my anxiety was really brining me down, and your content helped me through it, and seeing you play a gave I love dearly(and have put over 1000 hours into) was SO exciting to me, and I love every second of it. I am always looking forward to your next upload, keep doing what your doing, and don’t feel afraid to experiment, we will always come back to watch at least once. Also with the banana central, 2 tips: 1, overclocking a farm makes it produce double the money, and 2, it makes all Banana research facilities produce %20 more money(also if you buy a bottom path village to T5 and only have a 0-0-0 farm in its radius, it will make over $1000 a round, which for the roughly 15k price, is really good, plus it makes nearby farms produce more money and nearby monkeys get more cash from popping Bloons), just a few small tips, hope it helps. P.S. I had to edit this comment like 5 or 6 times, your not the only one who constantly redoes things to try to make them better

Wolfy, I’d personally like to say that you are the sole reason I started playing Bloons TD 6. I barely knew it even existed, but it never sparked my interest until you started this series. It really helps me decide on what level 5 towers to unlock first and it’s a ton of fun to hear what you have to say. Also, I can’t get enough of you screaming “THE MONKE” at the start of each video, I’ve spent literal minutes listening to you say that on repeat.
@VoidedScribbles4 ай бұрын
I never usually comment on videos at all but I wanted to make a point of this one for a specific reason, I have never watched one of your videos for what your playing, I’m watching it for Cameron Gaming, I first stumbled across you years ago when you were playing GW2 with Zero and I remember thinking to myself “That guy’s funny as all hell, I’ll check him out” and have consistently watched everything you’ve made for years now, I used to be terrified of horror games and never watched any but I grew a pair and watched your Games that Scare Me and Horror Series specifically to support you, that feeling of isolation and not thinking something is good enough is something I’m sure a lot of people share, you have gotten me through some of the toughest periods of my life regardless of what you were doing or what game you were playing, I’m confident when I say that speaking for a huge chunk of your audience that we watch you for you, not what game your playing and I really do hope that you find that mindset that you second guess yourself less, no matter what you post I’ll certainly watch it wether your pouring your heart out or popping balloons with a giant piss off airship, have a great one to anyone that read all that I appreciate it

I think watching this has given me some extra self understanding. For ages I watched you because I felt some inexplicable kinship with you, and here I am relating to almost everything you say. To create, to break, to change, and yet the whole time never feeling like "me" has any meaning. Such a familiar and yet destructive feeling. It's been a long time since I've last felt this kind of resonation with a person. So many things I've found while others look right past them, and yet what I as a person am still seems foreign. Part of what makes these videos so great is because of how genuine they are. The simple fact of them being made with real intent, instead of the bleak unyielding repetition of everything else. Have a nice weekend Cam.

I know it probably doesn't help too much to say this considering it's an internal block rather than not thinking we watch you for you, but I definitely do watch you for you... er, I guess the you that you show us. I really appreciate when youtubers get personal and open up, it shows a sort of deep respect for their audience, and a trust in us. I'm not exactly in the same position, so I can't relate to the part about feeling isolated, but I definitely think I understand it. Being surrounded by people doesn't make you any less lonely, especially when all of them only know you superficially. You're viewed, but not seen. All I can recommend is spending time with actual friends whenever you can, and know that if you ever need to take breaks in content for yourself and your friends, I don't mind in the slightest. You do what's best for you, bigman. Keep being a real one.

As someone who aspires to be a big time content creator, you've been an inspiration in a lot of ways. While I do follow a lot of 'big KZbinrs' your style of videos, humor, and the games you play, are almost nostalgic in a way that it helps sort of bring the whole content creator career thing into perspective. You don't necessarily need to be doing lik, Mr. Beast level hype stuff or have Markiplier level charisma, sometimes all you need is just a chair, some tea, and a game to chat shit in. And I think that's neat. You're not truly alone in your struggles Wolfy. Don't ever let your mental block convince you otherwise.

You’ve already got a ton of supportive comments but I want to say I’ve been watching you since 2016 and you’re one of my favourite KZbinrs because you’re real. It seems to me that you see things in life as they are. To me you’re actually doing more than a KZbinr that might have great editing and other stuff but never shows their true self (fyi your editing is good). You’re on the right track towards fulfilment even if you don’t see it because I mean I feel like you’ve got a healthy conscious in the sense that you’re real about things. So yea none of what you said in this video was incoherent rambling I think it made sense to probably 95% of people

I 100% relate to this and I didn't think I would. I see a lot of myself in the things mentioned in this video; right now I'm making a Minecraft video.. And I am sat here, making sure the zooming in/out moves at 5 frames a second, or 3, or 10. Adding small details that no one would notice, things a casual viewer wouldn't care to notice. I repeat sentences over and over until it sound correct/I'm satisfied with the delivery. Which realistically the first attempt at saying a sentence would be perfectly fine with the viewer, yet I'm repeating it. I'm happy, truly happy I'm not the only one who feels this way when creating videos, I really thought I was the only one.

Can't really use the comments to reply to a 19 minute video, but just know that talking about stuff like this, is good for anyone. Talking about literally anything, it helps way more than you think As a person who doesn't really have a lot of social interaction, any that I do get, means so much to me Just know listening to your bitching, we're here for it. We listen, we appreciate you opening up

I really feel you man. I know that feeling when you want to do something and you do it, but you keep second guessing yourself and decide that it wasn't good enough. I always look forward to these videos, no matter what they are. Love your content, and keep going strong!

I started watching your videos recently for like a few weeks, maybe two months and in case you are feeling alone or need some human interaction a path to ask out other creators for a one-time-tryout thing through an online call or something wouldn't be half bad. Keep up the good work but most importantly have fun doing what you are doing :>

Honestly i heavily can relate to this. I started taking game development in college and about a few months into the course I had a moment where i just felt that it was absolutely what i wanted to be doing with my life. Eventually I started my final major project for the college year and in consequence of how much work i had to do i heavily isolated myself for about 3 months This obviously was so i can pour all my energy into the project to make the game as great as i possibly could and about two weeks ago it was finally submitted and i was finally free. When i look back on that period of my life i realise about how lonely i felt through the duration of the project and how demotivated i would feel. I'd look at my work with such a perfectionist view which then would cause me to overthink and overdramaticize what my life will be like if i failed that one project. Even in the final days before when it would be displayed, i was panicking and overthinking something like a bug having been overlooked that makes the game unplayable. While working I'd often put one of your videos on in the background while i was working and honestly it made me just feel a little bit less lonely during that period of time which is something that i dont feel many content creators can really make me feel. I loved listening to your tea times while just writing pages of writing or lines of code and it just made me feel a bit more supported i suppose? Thanks for the content Wolfy, you're more than just a content creator, you're the big man. If you're reading this somehow, then keep up the good work and i really hope that you understand any of my ramblings 😅

Honestly, it's kinda nice knowing I'm not the only one who has issues with self-doubts. I always end up beating myself up over little things, thinking nothing I do is gonna be any good, and trying to be a perfectionist when I really shouldn't. Also, Wolfy, if it helps, I don't even play this game, yet I love watching you play it.

I didnt know you were thinking like this. I was watching you for so long and I was trying to find someone that thinks like this or understand what Im talking about. You were this close to me. I understand everything you say and I think the same way too. Now I actually think that when I grow up I want to be like you lol. And dont worry about releasing videos like this. You can release everything you want. Even if we are 1 million, even if we are 1 thousand or just 10 people, we will support you. You are my model from now on lol. I hope you have a good day.

Wolfy, we love all your content and I'm sure we'd watch basically anything you post. Hell, I'd watch a video of you watching paint dry, because I'm sure you'll make it entertaining. Now, here's a quick tip: You should try using bottom path buccaneers to earn extra cash. The tier 5 makes marketplace farms and boats earn extra cash and they are pretty good attackers with the tier 2 middle path. They also earn a ton of money by themselves. While you're at it, if you're missing, say, 15k for an upgrade, you can probably sell a few farms to afford it early and then replace those farms if you need to

the reason you are my favorite youtuber, is because of how much passion you have on your channel. not only are you likeable and entertaining, but you are honest about it and you clearly care alot, not about the moola, but for making awesome content to be enjoyed. you are a great example of what every youtuber should be.

I did watch that Ken video and it hit me hard. I don't really know what I'm doing writing this, but I just want you to know that I really want you to be happy, same with Ken. Strangely these kinds of videos make me kind of happy, not because you have problems obviously, but because you talk about them so openly something I'd say is healthy. I think viewers who feel a bit lonely really appreciate these videos too, a bit like how you live stream when you feel lonely. Anyways, I really respect you and Ken for expressing yourself like this. It inspires me to be more kind and empathetic.

Wolfy mate I just wanna say you are an inspiration to me and everyone here. I don't care whether we only see a fraction of who you are, because that fraction is what has given me 10-15 minutes of pure joy and laughter every day, no matter what happened in my day. You are the reason I have aspired to be the best person I can for the people around me, and that I aspire to do as well as I can in all aspects of my life. Just know that your wolf pack is here to support you as much as we can, and that we hold you in the highest regard. I wish both Wolfy Playz and Cameron the greatest success in the future.

this video could not be more relatable. i also upload videos and sometimes when i record them and go through the editing process, i just give up on the video because i get that exact feeling of "is this good enough" "will this preform well." also i didnt realize so many people watched ken in your community, thats pretty crazy.

This video was really interesting to watch. A lot said of feeling isolated and topics on how content creators feel is great to talk about. I get that looking for interaction and people knowing the actual person. Another on the topic of difficulty with making videos and getting it just right. You are doing great and making a wonderful effort on the content you put out. As long as you put the most effort you could, it will come out great. There is never a thing that can be exactly perfect.

Cameron... You have to remember that its not your supporters who dictate your actions. It's you there who does that. And what I mean is that do what you want not what they want. I dont watch every video of yours but the reason i come to your channel is because i like you as a person. I like watching you and not the game. Like sometimes I would rather watch your facecam anf listen to you talking instead of the game. And about craving human interactions... Do a fucking omeTV video. I would watch that instantly. So much love, you are doing great.

I have been watching your content for years and years now, and I never cease to enjoy it. Funnily enough you are the person that got me into GW2, and years ago I hoped that you would play the Bloons games. And now here we are... I, and all the other people who love your content, admire your consistency, your humor, but above all else, we appreciate you.
