What makes it funnier that the stories came out after Engel's death, which is probably why it's being shown. Hence that he Nazi's kept on banning shit. Also there's a 100% chance that the Freedom chronicles are based off of BJ's action, I mean c'mon, Joe's life on a farm and learning how to shoot, or what about Agent Silent Death who use to work for the OSS, Wilkin's whose still fighting the good fight while still wearing old colors (mission to destroy the Nazis' latest superweapon: the Sun Gun which is a major reference to the 2009 game BJ destroying the Black Sun dimension). Plus he could be any of those characters fromm Freedom chronicles.

Although I like the idea of seeing other revolutionaries in the Wolfenstein universe. It should be it's own stand alone game. I mean I want to see BJ blow Hitler's head apart. That should've been this DLC. Gunslinger Joe should've been it's own stand alone title or maybe have it be episodic and call it Wolfenstein: The Revolutionaries and have it where you pay 40 dollar and for a year a new episode is released following a separate Revolutionary each episode. Like episode one: Gunslinger Joe Episode 2: The Cali Uprising Episode 3: The New Texan Republic. Episode 4: BlackWidow and it all goes until episode 13 where it leads into the next main story Wolfenstein game. I'd also like to see more of the KKK story fleshed out because we know they helped the Nazis but like how far did they. I'd love to see a whole dlc dedicated to killing just the KKK and assassinating the grand wizard and in an end game mission like the Stalingrad mission from World at War. The Cat and Mouse game of stalking your pray just to stop him mid sprint with a bullet to the head.

BF4 had more content on launch, had a lot more things you could customize, and a lot more things to do like challenges and got cases when you actually leveled up. Now let's look at BF1. BF1 had no hardcore mode at launch, has the system of predetermined attachments, and oh and instead of actual skill getting you crates to get some sort of achievement out of you got one randomly given to you based on chance. Some were still a little afraid of the Nazis but were not forced to do the bidding. WW2 And Battlefront 2 were hated because of their supply drop systems. This game has none of that and actually has a unique story. There is no milking whatsoever in this, they're just adding info to the lore. I would pay for the dlc ideas that Lunar wrote, and so would others that enjoy this game. Next time you try to actually make statements like this, please understand what you are trying to say. Also, swearing all the time doesn't make you look any smarter or any more correct. Not really. New Colossus was semi-serious, semi-humorous just like New Order, just done differently. This however is more campy just like Old Blood was, ie. more in line with the less serious Wolfensteins before.

Naw, other than B.J. 's melodramatic monologues, besides the sense of being threatened, the story was not serious. By sense of threat I mean: These people good, no wantey to die Nazi Bad Nazis are going to do X unless you stop them. In fact, BJ's girlfriend is about the only character in the New Order played seriously. They handled New Order's story like Doom 2016 handle it's story, it's there but ultimately you're here to kill nazis. I just wish New Colossus kept that tone but had less cutscenes (instead Colossus had too many, it's like MGS4 where it's half game half bad movie), and had the large maze like levels of Doom 2016. Instead it's more linear, less focused on gameplay and way more on story. And the story is an awkward mix of tongue in cheek then dead serious with some SJW stuff thrown in and done so poorly you can't tell if it's parody or not, either way its poorly done.

This could have been so much better. Maybe the DLCs could have been 2 hour campaigns based in the Japanese resistance, Italian resistance, and African resistance. One of them could have even been a prequel to The Old Blood. That would have been worth $10 for each even story if they were 2 hours. But they have the nerve to charge $10 each for an asset flip with a story that doesn't even really take place in the real timeline. It's so stupid that they would waste effort making a noncannon story for a series with so many loose ends.

Personally, I would rather have story DLCs that take place in the campaign's timeline, then the Freedom Chronicles should be launched either between story DLCs or after them.
