In my headcanon the noises at 0:39 are the zerstörer's mechanical screams as he is in constant pure pain just by existing. Afterall there is still a human under that soulless mask.

zerstörers are robotic, I'm not exactly sure if their brains are but I know they're a robot for sure, when they blow up there's no blood to be seen, at least of theirs anyway
