Your comment is a year ago so I am not sure if you figured this out or not, but I am going to guide you on this one or at least for the new players. For chapter 8/Bathhouse combat master, this is connected to the choice of saving Kessler or Annette at the end of Chapter 6 once you have done it the challenge would unlock.
