The graphic showed Berger’s high single was 193 but during the prematch interview Don Gillis mentioned that Berger threw a 202 a few days earlier. Wouldn’t that make Berger’s high single 202?

Did Paul Berger and Tom Olszta ever play against each other?

In the 1992 True Value Championship, they went at in the finals. That match is on KZbin

Aside from the 1992 Championship show, they met on the weekly show once, in November of 1983. That particular show is when Paul Berger rolled a 464 triple that qualified him for the 1984 Championship show. I don't have a copy of the show but Alley Chat has the scoresheet posted from that show itself.
