I've had damaged engines in SH4 and had torpedo's explode before its gets to target. Haven't had any end around thank god.

That's interesting about SH4 regarding being able to use a German uboat, did you say that it is a mod or a standard addition to the game ? If so how would you compair SH4 to sh3 ? I am surprised you have not tried the mod Living Silent Hunter 3 as historically it is spot on and game play wise far superior to grey wolf's mod

Can you come across American subs in sh3 ? My new copy of SH3 arrives tomorrow & i am super stoked about, i just hope it has not got that star force or what ever it's called that slows you down when modding, also i hope it does not take me hours configuring the game to run properly on w7, ooooh of can't wait to sail the sea again

I actually came across an american boat in my current series! Happy Hunting! As I recall only the first generation of disks had the Starforce with it. You should be okay.

Hey, great live!!! I love your stuff, especially the ones with the World War II submarines. I see you're playing SH3 and 4, but nothing on 5. I'll give you this, without a mod, she's a real piece of crap. It's nice graphics, but very, very arcade. But with the TWOS mod, it gives a very good game, almost as good as SH3. The only regrets I'll have to make, is to be stuck with only Type VII.
