Daar in die 70's het my ma nog tjips ook gemaak. Een maal 'n jaar as daar genoeg geld was, het ons gesin van 4 mixed grills geëet! Elkeen uit so deurskynende vleisbord! ❤❤❤

At 6:10, what waas the liquid you added to the egg carton to start the fire? And is it something that adds to the taste of the food or is it just your way of lighting the bbq?
@WolkbergArtisans20192 жыл бұрын
Hi, it is used cooking oil. Adds no flavor at all, just a great way of recycling used oil and a great fire lighter.

Love the meal no doubt it looks scrumptious but will follow your way of gastronomy here on BGE big green egg to take up the highest possible notch that cannot be matched by my ultimate grilling machine across fifty one countries world wide. It's only sold by people who have personal experience with the Big Green Egg. Just don't try fake charcoal at ALL or loose your lifetime insurance. You can use indoors and outdoors, sun, lighting, thunder, rain, snow, day or night.

The eggs confuse me so much....who makes egg with braaivleis? This is a Jo'burg thing isnt it? In CT, eggs is what you make when you dont have money for a braai lol, those eggs go straight to the doggos, aint nobody gonna eat eggs when there is braaivleis🤣

😁😉A combo made for each other. A slice of rare steak that has been cooked on the braai, dipped in soft egg yolk...delicious!

@@WolkbergArtisans2019 oh I get that the combo is yummy, but I only do it with stir fry steak or something similar to korean bbq. Thin-ish slices of steak covered in golden yummyness...to die for!
