Yea that’s one of the best Wolverine statues I’ve seen, if you’re doing just a standing pose at least do something a little different, and this hunched over pose is just great. The light up base with all the scratches looks excellent, that snarling portrait looks sick, great job on the teeth. And it looks huge, and for that price? Yea Sideshow can do no wrong lately, I’ve loved every single statue they’ve released over the last 2 years.

im diggin it alot. just that feral rage. he really looks the part of a lethal animal ready to attack. pretty good sculpted detail and the light up adds alot of atmosphere. i would imagine it would be a plug in adapter. which i way more prefer. sideshow tends to do the plug in deals alot. 1/3, has to be 1/3 compared to the premium format statues hes next to in the picture. pretty damn dope and a pretty damn good price point. it would be really cool if they continued in an xmen 1/3 line so you could put him with something else. hes kind of a stand alone piece at this point in time. wouldnt scale or look right at all with their premium format figures. i guess we will see. and also props to sideshow for such quick turn arounds from preorder to delivery dates. unheard of in this industry. cause it really sucks waiting 2 years to finally get a piece in hands. by then your not hardly interested anymore.

Its amazing, really. Reminds me of wolverine in the old Vs games, X-Men vs Street fighter, Marvel superheroes vs Street fighter, etc. I like the excessively long claws but they dont appear to be metal? Great piece.

My belief, is that Sideshow knows that once Prime 1 studio gets the " Marvel Wright's "; basically They're done !! Prime 1 studio was did more, in the statue collecting world; in 10years, then Sideshow has in there 30 years!!

Only P1 Piece I've ever had was a return. New 52 flash statue from a few years ago. It was a complete disaster. Nothing fit. Everything was off. Returned immediately and never bought another P1 pc again. The price to me just doesn't justify.

This reminds me of Mark Texiera’s art on Wolverine in the early ‘90s. Looks great but I don’t know if it’s worth replacing my 1/3 Wolverine from PCS, especially without knowing how it’ll scale with my 1/3 Cyclops and Magneto from LBS

And I can't stand light up features unless it's a super power lighting up. Don't like the light up on Storm and ain't feeling this... I would have preferred a feral head swap out. Just like Storm deserved a ponytail swap out.

There is no evident conformation of a scale. All they do is give you a Hight while the character is in a hunched over pose, you do the math. This statue reminds me of back in the days when there was no scales of a character. All there was, is a sculptor that got the license and approval from the comic company to make a statue. They were given artistic freedom and didn't matter what scale they made it in, as long as it was properly proportioned. I don't think this Wolverine is a 1/3 scale but it is a wolverine statue for the Wolverine enthusiast.
