I love the tension you can see in the other team members here. Some of them like Logan refuse to participate in the slaughter, but are afraid to speak up. And when Logan confronts Victor, it's like the others are fully paralysed. For all their tough talk, I think everyone there is well aware Logan or Victor alone could kill all of them and hardly break a sweat. So when they see the two of them nearly fight each other they don't dare to intervene.

I love that as Logan is leaving you can see the emotions in Victor's eyes. Later, John told Logan that Victor felt abandoned by Logan and he completely lost it after Logan left. Despite being cruel and an animal alot of the time, Victor after all, is still human. Liev is an amazing actor.

I was always impressed at how Liev Schreiber wasn't overshadowed by Hugh Jackman and even had a bit more screen presence. He really did seem like an older brother in how he was larger, more ruthless, bemused. I think maybe Hugh Jackman even helped cement that dynamic, for he always acted a bit intimidated as Logan until his good side won out. Then, at the end, you can see that Sabretooth actually respects Logan, even while giving him one last older brother smirk, before leaping away. Say what you will about this movie, but they worked well as brothers.

@@Giorgos906 There were actually plans for him to appear in _Logan._ He was supposed to be the owner of this casino Logan, Laura/X-23 and the other mutants were going to stop at, and he was going to aid them for old time's sake and to make further amends to Logan for what he did to him. From certain context given in some of the other movies, like Logan hearing Kayla's voice in his sleep, it's alluded that he finally started to regain at least bits and pieces of his memory, so it would work! But, for whatever reason, his scenes were ultimately scrapped early in production and removed from the final cut of the film........

I like how the lines really get divided here. You have Victor, Wade, and Zero, who clearly feel no remorse in killing civilians and actually seem to relish the chance to do damage. Then there’s John, Bradley, and Fred, who are clearly extremely uncomfortable with the entire situation but are also too afraid to speak up. And then of course we have Logan, who doesn’t like what he’s seeing and isn’t afraid to say something about it. And when he backs out and walks away, no one challenges him, because everyone knows exactly what he is capable of.

Ahh, the Howlet Brothers. Been together all their lives. Victor was even kind enough to watch over his little brother when he was sick as a kid. I like how every person on the team has their own unique moral standards. On one hand you have Zero, the worst kind of psychopath who actively enjoys murdering people. Then you have William, another psychopath who even though doesn't particularly enjoying killing people, is not bothered to do so if it means achieving his goals. Next there's Wade, not as bad as the first two but still completely deranged and laughs at the death of others. After that we have Victor, who is probably a good person deep down, as we can see he seemed decent enough when he was a kid, but is so corrupt by his powers and dark past that he no longer follows any code of morals, although we do see that he has a soft spot for his brother. Then we have Fred, who is a little bit bothered by what's happening but still does what he's told and doesn't stand up to the bad things William does. Although he does quit afterwards and we can see he is clearly uncomfortable with what William does to the mutant prisoners later on. Next there's Bradley, who's a nice guy and doesn't like what he's doing, but lacks the courage to step up. Then we have John, a good person who was scared at first, but is willing to fight evil when he sees logan doing the same. Finally there's logan, a good person who's constantly afraid he'll turn into a savage, and is not afraid to stand up for innocent people

I love that Logan doesn’t even know these people and he still stands up for them. That makes him a hero and not an animal Another cool detail is how quick he reacts when shit hits the fan. He doesn’t go straight for Victor cause he’s too far away so instead he goes for Zero, since he is one of the most dangerous and psychopathic members on the team and a superhuman marksman. Then he goes for Victor. It shows how much of a tactician he is instead of a strategist like Cyclops is.

I remember watching this in theaters when I was in high school, I'm glad Logan left the team cause it's not what he had wanted but Victor/sabertooth refused to go with him to leave and decide to be a killer which is so remorseless. I once read that Tyler Mane was supposed to play Sabretooth in this franchise because of his portryal and how he looked in the first X-Men, but, the people didn't know how that would look. The director of this film wanted Karl Urban to play Sabretooth, but he turned it down. They picked Liev Schreiber, Liev gained muscle to play Victor/Sabretooth

Tyler had the looks and physique of comic Sabretooth, he was towering over Hugh who is taller than Wolverine (by like 20 cm), he didn't however have proper character developement or charisma of Liev and his Sabes was kinda robbed of any meaningful screentime or explanation why these two were pitted against each other (which was explained in one shot comic), and that made me sad, I really liked Tyler.

I think that after so many years, I have grown to like the idea of Victor and Logan to be Half Brothers, in a way it may be cliche, but it gives more solidity that Victor's and Logan's rivalry stems more from something that they carry as relatives than pure animalistic antagonism based on their mutation. In the comics the Weapon X program messed with their memories making them think that they were father and son, and then their history as a special forces and the wars that they fought, eventually leading to personal attacks from Creed. Yes, they already gave a solid background on Victor meeting Logan in the past with his own sister and brother, whom shared the same powers and then Logan ended up killing Victor's brother, hence his hatred towards Logan, but still, I think that Logan and Victor being half brothers is a bit better. That being said, it would be cool to see Victor's original brother and sister and then they being also Logan's half siblings in live action.

Not uNdeRaTeD, it just has great parts, the parts this channel shows us. Gambit was a great character adaptation, he wasn't a X-Men originally in the comics either and the actor really looks like Gambit. It was so good that there were plans for him to have a solo movie.

Sabretooth was a true psychopath from birth and being tortured, de fanged by his father also didnt help his childhood. so we all know these brothers hated each other for decades or maybe centuries Liev definitely made the character more likeable, which doomed the movie

However, Logan stopped his team for killing innocent people for no reason and decided to quit to have a peaceful life. It's revealed that Logan Howlett and Victor Creed were different when they grew older as well they had mutant powers. Logan only kill of those who tried to cause harm to innocent people that he loves and Victor loves to embrace his killing and always enjoyed hurting all the innocents when he's bored or feel like it. Angry at Victor and his teammates for trying kill people for no reason, Logan decided to leave the team and have a good life after years since fighting the wars.
