Agreed, I’ve been a little critical of Toti recently but thought he had a very good game today. By and large they were all pretty good. There’s still plenty of work to do but it certainly bodes well going fwd. I think it’s now evident GON was massively over complicating matters….. tge players didn’t look as though they believed in his methods. VP looks to have simplified things and the players look like new men, happy, confident, grafting hard and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they look like a team again, cohesive and targeted.

the only difference has been we are doing the basics. Marking man for man and closing players down in midfield! It's simple stuff done properly as opposed to giving away tons of space! Ipswich, Everton etc are bang average and they slapped us! We wasn't losing due to great opponents, we were beating ourselves

Pleasantly surprised and stunned by this turnaround. It’s hard to believe that we are watching the same players that put together such a wretched start to the season. Two consecutive wins , six points, five goals and none conceded!!! Not sure how or why the new Manager has had such a remarkable response but keep it coming. Wolves supporters know that we have a lot of quality in this side but it was clearly underperforming before the change in management. Well done to the Manager, the squad and the staff. Onwards and upwards in 2025!!!

I don't think we were in control in the first half. Man Utd had a lot of the ball and we kept them at arm's length. We did deserve to be on level terms at half-time and to win in the second, but we did benefit from being one man to the good. If Man Utd were terrible, then we were better, but not that much better. I'd have said that Man Utd were average but toothless and Wolves were indefatigable, although we did get a bit wobbly in the last ten minutes. Look this IS better, but it's far from an utter transformation yet. We look more comfortable, which is good and I notice that when Sa has the ball we are spread out all over the pitch, each player alone - I've not seen that tactic before. It os an interesting one. Hopefully confidence will continue to grow with better results, but let's see how we react after the next defeat. dylanwolf in the billyQ

Agreed. It’s easy to get swept up in the euphoria but we’ve still got some serious problems that need to be addressed. Confidence can come and go just like that but let’s hope we ride this wave for a while to get us away from the relegation spots.

Same team but different manage. GON has gone, he lacked experience and man management skills. 2 games in Vitor had made a difference. It's Vitor way and GON on the highway. EPL, It's shows those can manage and those who can't.

Cunha was magnificent tonight, a player playing on a different level to every other player on the pitch and I hope he stays with us, I don't trust Shi when the pound signs come in. Great win al around we deserved it. Once again Doyle comes on and is amazing, the work and the ball to Cunha for the second goal, fantastic. Wondering if Daws is carrying a knock because he's still our best center half for me and was once again bought on late. Right direction boys keep it up, COYW!

Great win for wolves. I'm sorry to say Sa is a good shot stopper but still worries me with the ball at his feet and distribution is rubbish. And whang isn't in the same street as guedes. No movement can't get hold of the ball and falls over to easy. Should have sold him to marseille.
