No, it´s not. They actually lost the game after only 5 minutes, they started well and leading with I think something like 9-2... then suddenly the Wolves score 28 points and Nuggets only 5 which made it a 20 points advantage for the Wolves. From there on, the Nuggets and the Wolves were scoring more or less the same amount of points but the difference of about 20 points was constant and in the 4th quarter Malone decided there was no need to fight until their last breath trying to win this game because the Nuggets will have a chance to win the series in game 7 at home so he decided to let his starters rest and give his bench players a chance to play 10 minutes in a Play Off series and get some experience. From that moment the margins for obvious reasons dropped from 20 to 45. That´s the story of this crazy game. If it were a game 7, then the starters of the Nuggets would not have rested so soon before the game´s end and who knows how it would have ended but Malone - I think wisely - decided he´s not gonna let his starters get exhausted for nothing and risk injuries when 2 days later they'll have a good chance to win back in Denver".
