At one point in the video she described her body “vibrating” while she was trying to fall asleep. This honestly has been happening to me my entire life when I’m in the in-between stage of being awake and asleep. It doesn’t happen every night but often. I’d love to hear from anyone else who experiences this and might know what it means.

I’ve had it happen I wouldn’t say often maybe a 1-2 dozen times , I had the vibration so loud it would have made me deaf but it seems it’s a possible astral realm , I felt like it was a rotation going so fast and accelerating to speeds not possible in the physical . I too have been looking into the answer for years . I can’t really say . It also feels like it’s a possible merkaba activation , I haven’t done anything special to make it happen just a natural relaxed half sleep state it kinda freaks me out at the same time it’s also awsome .

Yes my body vibrated when I tried to astral project out of my body. I got scared because I was able to see my bedroom when my body was asleep but I was conscious. I believe you are astral projecting at night.

Every NDE says time doesn't exist, everything happens at the same time... If we follow this thought then reincarnation doesn't happen. If we really have multiple lives, then we live them all at the same time, because time is an illusion. But the same NDE will talk about past lives.. i'm not judging, just trying to understand.

Yes, God is experiencing all lives at once. Everything happens in the Eternal Now. You are experiencing being a poor child in India NOW. You are experiencing being a rich monarch in the Middle Ages NOW. You are experiencing being hitler taking over Germany NOW. Everything that has ever happened, happened NOW. And that’s what you are. You are the Now. You are the present moment/being itself. I believe the whole idea of reincarnation is a simple misunderstanding of sages trying to communicate this concept. It’s a very paradoxical truth that is very difficult to communicate, so when sages tried to communicate it to people, people misunderstood, because the limited human mind can only think about things in terms of linear time, and so naturally they took it to mean that we live one life after another. And humans also have a really hard time looking past their conceptual identity, and so they hold on to this idea that their is something unique about them, and they have this distinct self that moves on from life to life, when of course the truth is really that identity is made up. There is no such thing as identity outside of the mind. You are simply consciousness itself. Pure awareness. You are that blank; that void that is holding space for all of the phenomena that is appearing within your awareness. And that’s what everyone else is too. If you are just consciousness with no identity, and everyone else is just consciousness with no identity, then you are the same being. You have no identity, therefore, you are ALL identities. The same nothingness that is looking out from behind my eyes is the exact same nothingness that is looking out from behind yours. Because nothingness is identical to nothingness!
