Same happened to my sister last two weeks. That Osu branch is fake. They took all her salary just because she wanted to buy pizza for her kids. Pizzaman needs to do something about this. Potential customers need safety assurance.

It's pizza man's responsibility to clamp down on these scammers. First he has to report all the fake accounts on Google and have them blocked. Secondly, he should report these people and numbers to the Police and the mobile network companies respectively. With serious investigation they can arrest all them. Lastly, they must run adverts on TV's and radio stations to educate the people.

Exactly bro, most of these mobile network companies knows about these scam activities, cuz I once reported a number which tried to scam me & the customer service personnel was kinda acting in a very weird way, & I was like really? I'm reporting a scammmer who's using ur network for criminal activities & look at the reaction I'm receiving.. so most of these network guys are part of them all...

Listen this thing is real!! It happened to me too. Its sad she lost that much money tho, I lost almost 300 cedis, after analysing the whole situation, i realized i was too smart to have let these guys chop my money. Same thing happened to me. I went to their branch at ahodwo and the staff (2) of them actually, were unbothered. They even laughed. Smh . I lost 120 to those scammers and they're still very active.

Also note- - Never give ur MOMO pin out to anyone - No 2nd or 3rd party should authorize payment on your behalf. -Also take note of background noises n the way these people (scammers) talk. There's usually some background noises.

Regarding giving out the MOMO pin,those scammers have upgraded wai. The information you should give it that, they shouldn't approve for any transaction they haven't initiated cus those scammers don't care about knowing your pin anymore

One thing I have realized about Ghana is we lack phone etiquette. You can actually realize the professionalism when Clement called the original number as compared to the others. She said something like “Hello, pizzaman my name is Ivy, how may I help you”. And that’s how good and professional it should be. My people, this is my little advice on top of what Clement has shared.
