So in court I stated that I was only14yrs and she was 22, do you really want to go down this rabbit whole. You must understand where this concept comes from. It is believed and proven to a certain extent, that if the "father" does not pay child support then the child will be a burden upon the state. So if the child is being supported by the state, then the state will seek reimbursement through child support from the non-custodial parent.

I love the fact that child support issues are being exposed on this level because the madness has gone on for far too long without any accountability. Although I was the father of my child, their mother fought me tooth and nail not to be a part of my child's life for no reason whatsoever and when I got the courts involved, the mother continued to fight and the court upheld her end regardless of finding no adverse history on my part. I think it's a new day, and rightfully so both the system and money orientated and overly emotional mothers are finally and slowly but surely being held to account for their corrupt and nefarious behaviour due to the myriad of cases being exposed across social media today.

That’s the thing. Many people don’t know that paternity had to be established first before paying child support. Only a child support lawyer working on a child support case will tell people that. I went through a lawyer and he said there is no thing as back child support. It only begins at the day of established paternity. It’s only established through signing a form acknowledging that the child is yours, take a dna test, or testify in court that the child is yours. Child support is a rip off. I set it up through the court to voluntarily pay monthy via check directly to my daughter’s mom and keep them people out of my business and pockets. They keep parts of the money and charge all kinds of fees that people don’t know about and the child doesn’t receive all the money. It’s a joke

San Diego used to suspend my license every 30 days...i would have to pay a renewal fee ... that happened for 1 year... and... they were garnishing to child support from my pay... didn't matter that I was responsible for buying all of my daughters clothes & I have her an allowance while she was still in high school...I was still paying even though my daughter has lived with me for the last 4 years...

THEN...I had to call the main DMV office in Sacramento, called the Mandatory Actions Unit, to make sure they received the email from San Diego DMV so they could release my license... if I didn't time it, so the phone is ringing in Sacramento at exactly 8am, you weren't going to get through that day... did that every month for a year....

You would want to have the LLC in someone else's name. Friend/girlfriend/sibling for the best protection. You ONLY give them paystubs (NEVER your yearly tax papers) and nothing else. It will only stop an increase, they rarely do an decrease but that may help in the meantime for someone struggling. ❤

Had a family member who’s ex wife got pregnant by her sisters first love(🤮), the only way he found out was because she was dumb enough to use THEIR insurance. He got a email for a pregnancy test, they used protection, these words are out of her mouth. This happened 2 weeks after he paid for a expensive destination wedding. In NY. your lawyer will always request to establish paternity before the case proceeds. And your lawyer will make sure its a fair payment and contribution coming from both parents. They will check her tax returns, government assistance, etc....she cant run from that if you have a good lawyer. Yes you will pay child support but it will be a fair amount and probably pay less if she works on the book and wants to lie that she doesnt have money...the lawyers will dig into all that and also establish custody for you to see your kids at a designated day and time agreed by both parties and she can't travel out of state with your kids without your consent. My advise to all men, is to always have a lawyer in such situations.

I said this on another post or channel. My best friend found out last year his 25 and 22-year-old are not his. His ex-wife had an argument with him over money and their children. She blurted out that's why your kids don't look like you and you wish they were your kids. We all had doubts but he was sure they were his. He asks the kids to do a DNA test. Reluctently they agreed. The results showed a 0 percent change he was the father of his eldest son and eldest daughter. He went and confronted the mother and she had the nerve to be mad, and said, get over it. You raised them they are your kids. He used to be a happier man. Not so much now.

I was driving home from work when I got a phone call from child protective services. They said that they were going to start garnishing my pay starting the next day and when I asked them who this child was. I had no idea what so ever who this child was. I told them that there was no way that this was my child. We ended up in court and when asked if I would pay for a DNA test I said yes. In the meantime they have frozen my bank account. And the woman in question has not taken the child to have his blood drawn. In the end I won the case the nurse in charge told me that she wish more men would do what I did but at the time DNA testing was expensive ! Men get a DNA test no matter what or how they might feel about it.

Yes, paternity should be established first. Once established, then as a loving parent take care of your kid. If your child was living in the same house as you, there will still be expenses. Children are expensive! (medical, dental, vision, clothes, food, rent/mtg, school fees (my daughter's school was always asking for something), daycare, diapers, milk, extracurricular activities, vacations, salon, eventually college. My ex-husband paid the bare minimum in child support and complained about that. The child support stopped. I could have taken him to court but didn't. I had a life to live and took care of our daughter. No government assistance. Own a home. She's 25 now and lives on her own.

I know a woman in Texas that sued her son's father for back child support. About 25K. Her son was a grown 22yr old man. She got about 3 or 4 checks. Then she got a letter from the state. "We're sorry the rest of the money is ours for back medicaide, food stamps, etc 😂. She heard some ambulance chaser on TV looking for back child support broads. She called him up and they got the ball rolling. She thought she had a check coming every month. It's a scam. The state probably gave the lawyer 20% of the back total. And they now get a monthly amount from the father until paid in full. Scam. And with all these immigrants coming in. Its gonna get worse fellas. The states will get money anyway they can without shooting and robbing you.

You can not have child support ordered without either taking a DNA test or signing the birth certificate. If you sign a birth certificate you are the father period. You signed for it legally and have to take care of it. If you are on a child's birth certificate and are not the biological father you have to go to court to get yourself removed. If someone has neither taken a DNA test or signed any paper work ghat says they are financially responsible for a child and get Order child support legal action can and should be taken asap. Soooo....

What you should have done was petitioned the court for proof of voluntarily offering of support. Petition the court for proof of signing certificate.

19 years ago I was caught in a baby mama situation!!! I did what I was supposed to do!!! Mind you I’m in Atlanta and she’s in Tampa!!! When she said she wanted to put me on child support the court here I. Atlanta said we have to do a DNA test before we grant her child support!!! Tell me a month later test came back I’m100% not the father 0% probability!!! 18 years later we reconnected the boy still has my face!!!2nd DNA test results came back he still not my child!!! She been lying to that kid his hole life!!!

Involved with a case where the mother forged and falsified the father's name on 3 Acknowledgment of Paternity documents in NY Family Court. She fraudulently went to the County (Suffolk County) to get support from the Suffolk Dept. of Social Services. When that ended, the NY Suffolk County Dept. of Social Services went after the father for reimbursement. He has fought the forgery and fraudulent paternity since day one. He was arrested for owing support and then released immediately when the question for the forgeries and fraudulent paternity docs was raised. He's been thrown out of court by the Family Court Judges and ordered to pay support, even though he had filed a properly filed Federal Petition for Removal of the state case to federal court, which divests jurisdiction of the state court unless the Federal Court rules or remands the case back to state court. The original support order was ordered when the case was removed to federal court, which means that the NY Family Court Judges acted in the complete absence of ALL jurisdiction. He had a document and handwriting expert evaluate the signatures on the 3 Acknowledgment of Paternity documents, found they were forged, and issued an opinion report saying the paternity docs were forged and fraudulent. The NY Family Court in Suffolk County willfully refuses to hear the case because they want the Federal funding to come to the state so it can be put into the pension budgets (where the judges, cops and other state workers have their pensions; an unconstitutional conflict-of-interest). So far, we filed an Article 78 Petition with the NY Appellate Division to issue an order for mandamus and/or prohibition to vacate the support orders and vacate the ongoing support judgments, which are now over $100,000 dollars, even though the fraudulent orders and judgments of support was far less. The State of NY is using fathers to pay for judicial pension plans by using the very same judges to enforce orders against the fathers.

I seen on another video on yt that there’s a case where the rules state that the parents that’s supposed to pay are the absent ones not the parents who are present in the child’s life. I believe it’s being fought in the Supreme Court.
