I made my money in the 90’s. Read: separate property. She moved in in 2005. She got a job making 6 figures. Asked me to marry her in 2010. She asked for a divorce 11yrs later. I received half of everything she had made during the marriage including two houses, bank and retirement accts, and investments. Plus alimony for about 10yrs. Could have been for life but I negotiated to avoid a trial. I actually saved her a lot of money. It could have been much worse for her. Much. Out of consideration, I agreed to house one of her 3 cats since she moved into an apartment allowing only two. Though, per our agreement, she remains financially responsible for it. Our rare communications revolve around the various needs of said cat. I should say, I find no joy in any of this.

You're absolutely right!! Give NOT your strength to women, to THOSE WHO DESTROY KINGS (Proverbs 31:2-3). I have to be especially careful around repentant (???) single moms. The desire to empathize and be compassionate can be easily manipulated. They may be (???) sisters in Christ but the natural tendency to sieze control and lead men is still a major issue.

As a 38 year old man with 2 kids and a common law wife i’ve been with for almost 14 years I will give this piece of advice. 1. always make a little time for yourself unapologetically. 2. Always Ask for what you want and set the tone early. 3. Kids will change her and you. an last but not least take what’s said when exhausted with a grain of salt. This will save your relationships if you both can come to agree to this. This shits work if you don’t want to put in work then don’t play like it.

I appreciate the advice, sounds like a rough time ngl, would you say that the joy and pride of having kids outweighs the freedom and peace that being single offers? I’m just confused man, I would really love to have a family someday but it seems like that might just be a big hassle with how society is today and additionally I have peace and stability in my life right now it has took me a lot to get to this point I might not want to sacrifice that for a relationship that will make me doubt at times. So answer honestly man if you could go back in time and do it all over again knowing what you know now, would you do it?

3:50 ish, Dad's a Sheriff. There was a girl picked up by the cops in the Worcester Mass area. State cops. They haul her in. Cop writes report. She says "Who do I have to .....to get out of this". Cop puts that in. Cop goes off 2nd shift and lives in Western Mass. Gets a knock on the door at 7 AM by a superior and gets dragged to Boston about 90 minutes away. "You gotta change the report". Daddy is a judge. The DA in Worcester looked the other way. Nothing ever happened to ones pressuring the cop.

Im happily married of many many years... BUT my wife and I both agree that men should NOT be getting married 2024 and beyond. Its too risky for men to get married these days unless she makes more money. This isnt a thing about money its just that the majority of women file for divorce and men usually are on the hook. If you have children together it might even be worse....when the divorce comes. Paying child support and having to fight to be in your kids life....F that. Dont get married and get a vesectomy! You can reverse it later if you would like. Also Do not pay the bills of anyone else unless they are your wife and since you shouldnt be getting married never pay the bill of another person unless they are your parents. This is coming from a person who thinks marriage is important but the way its abused with divorce, alimony, stripping all assets, taking the children away, child support and whatever else hook a man may get. Its not worth it anymore because a lot of women today are not loyal to their men nor are they willing to stick it out when the going gets tough and it always gets tough somewhere in the relationship. Im sad for our future because its going to get worse we need families but like I said there is virtually NO benefit if your spouse is going to blow up the marriage just because she may be feeling a certain kind of way or just influenced from social media, friends, selfishness even BOREDOM you name it. We need marriages for our society but Im sure men are tired of being punching bags and any man who has been through the ringer I dont blame them for avoiding any serious relationships after that. The whole thing sucks and frankly its being destroyed. protect yourself no matter what age 18-77 single men

Its the time that can affect the success rate 80-90 ...if its under 10yrs since the operation theres is high success. If its 15yrs or longer the success rate will drop alot. 30-70 success rate. I think its ok for people to have options and make their own choices along with their own doctor.
