You can get bed bugs from warehouses that send new stuff. Key is to check everything first before bringing it in your home. Than once in your home cover mattresses and pillows in asthma/bed bug covers. I never have bought used mattresses but I’ve bought second hand furniture many times. But my grandparents never in their lives bought new anything they were hoarders. And they never got bedbugs I believe because they did fumigate inside and outside grounds 3-4 times a year. But even thrifting we can bring bugs home just need to check everything first and wash first.

I met this woman on her way to JFK on the subway. She asked me for directions and we started talking. I paid for something to eat and some coffee for the both of us once we got to JFK. I remember that we had some free time to spend and I told her I was going to have some coffee. She initially said no as she did not want to pay for it, so I said that I was going to pay and she therefore stayed at the coffee place at the airport with me. I did feel a bit sorry for her but I honestly do not care about money when it comes to food. I remember she told me she wanted to be an actress and was doing auditions... I would have never thought of seeing her again on this channel. I am not sure she is acting or she is really cheap or both. Such a bad way of leaving memories of yourself in this way. There is a difference between being sensible with money and being unreasonable. If her boyfriend was that upset with her over the sleeping arrangements that tells me she is probably hard to deal with in other ways also. She works. The point of working in part is so you can afford to buy nice stuff for yourself. Life is too short to be this hard to live with and if she is that stubborn be single and don't drag your partner down with you. She obviously was effecting her boyfriend with her lack of willingness to spend any money.

I am definitely a cheap person, but that lady definitely could have used some adjustments to still live cheap, but to also have better quality of things. I guess that one has to have a creative way of living thrifty. She should have done that, then she'd be much better off, lol.

I think at the core of some of these extreme cases is people just not letting themselves be happy as I think it comes down to self worth so it stems from a sense of low self-esteem. Who wants to be with somebody that doesn't think they're worthy of Love or happiness. It gets old after a while so I don't blame this guy. A lot of these are extreme cases of forms of OCD

Something I've noticed watching this show, nearly every retail worker that says "Let's get you out of here" doesn't say it like "You can go home and relax", they say it like "Get out of here now, I don't wanna deal with you anymore"

She reminds me of a lady who came to my garage sale one time and walked around pointing to things saying, I’ll give you 10 cents for this, and .25 cents for that. I had shirts for .50 and 1.00 and she wanted them each for .10 and .05 ! 🙄😳😡. I said no. To me, that was just insulting
