. Well, THAT gave me a panic attack! I shampooed 20 - 35 women, kids & men a day, 5 days a week, for around 30 years... of course without a "tipping" shampoo bowl or use of towels to prop up/support their necks while doing so. Now just the thought of giving one more shampoo to anyone fills me with fear. Thank God I'm no longer working! I can't believe that one woman is suing the salon, though. I bet 99% of hair salon employees have never heard of such a thing - it's NOT their fault! Thinking more about that moveable shampoo bowl... Not too sure it would be easy to use. It's hard enough to neutralize perms or rinse colors off skin around the hairline without drenching people or failing to rinse the solution on the lowest-sitting perm rod as it is. Looks like another attempt at solving the problem needs to be made. .
