I didn’t have a car for years, 24 I finally got one but got it for my fiancée. (We’ve been together since high school and got it cause she was going to go to law school, she’s currently in her third year and we’re getting married in a a few months) but I still take the bus cause I’m in nyc and the traffic and parking is wild. You're marrying a female lawyer😳 Just a little advise, because my cousin once did the same thing. Keep a seperate account in one of your parents' name, or a safe place to store some cash and funnel money into into it weekly. If that marriage goes sideways, she will have courts on her side and the knowledge and know-how to screw you every way possible.

Why would her parents pay that $600,000? Probably some sort of dodgy money scam or tax evasion. It's an old trick. Keep your money in different family accounts, that way, for example, you can claim bankruptcy, while the $600,000 that's in your daughters account cannot be linked to Daddy's business. The funnier thing is that she clearly has no fucking clue. You could even take a darker route and say that mabey she's the family's 'Fall guy', "It's got nothing to do with me officer, the money isn't in 'MY' bank account"
