In the US, the law allows the child have visitation rights with the birth parents. It is good to the child the more parents love her. It is also a closure to the child knowing the birth mother loves her and so the child can move on. Maybe the child still misses her birth mother because she has some sadness in her face all the time even after adopted. By the way, the birth mom doesn't look bad, she is not hostile. I'll say, just give her a chance. Everyone made mistake. Maybe the woman came for closure too, knowing the child is being well taken care of, then she too can move on. Both the child and her birth mother need closure.
