@@bonnielee7134 While I appreciate you were moved and believe it's "the way it should be", it is indeed wrong to have the defendents family statement last. The victim's family should always be given a chance to have their voice last in order to give you a opportunity to address what the other family has to say. The family didn't do so in this case, but there are those who cast blame toward the victim(s) during their statement. Having the victim's family go last allows them to speak up so possible desparaging remarks do not get entered into permanent record unanswered or unaddressed.

Fashion Tech - nology The mother is a pastor too. They obviously divorced & he remarried. Their both at fault! Their attention was on everyone, but their child. NOW they wonder WHY she turned out this way? She probably had all kinds of issues dealing with the divorce & lack of attention from her dad, who had a new wife. Idk if her mother remarried or not? Regardless it’s not a pass to kill someone or facilitate their murder. Lots of people come from much worse circumstances & they don’t commit crimes! I’m just saying that her parents need to stop being in denial & look in the mirror. Let them take responsibility for their part & tell her to take responsibility for her actions. Behaviors have consequences, good or bad!!
