I believe that the Dodge Viper was offered a lot during Golden Road. It was offered a few times in 2002 and 2003, it appearedin one of the sohwcases on the Season 35 premiere, it was featured on an episode that aired September 29, 2006, and it was also featured on Bob's last Million Dollar Spectacular on May 16, 2007. The only times that the Dodge Viper was offered during the Drew Carey era of The Price Is Right was on an episode that aired October 16, 2007, and on the Million Dollar Spectacular in 2008. They stopped production on the Viper around 2009 or so.

The Viper was likely a popular choice during the latter stages of the Barker Era due to the fact that it was an American made luxury car. From 9/11 through the end of Bob's tenure, he mandated that all cars offered on the show be from American manufacturers to promote patriotism. With Bob no longer with us and 9/11 over 2 decades in the past, the top prize on Golden Road is now typically a European luxury car, such as an Audi, BMW, or Mercedes.

I remember watching this when it originally aired! It's one of the greatest TPIR episodes ever! This was the first Golden Road win with Drew but we had to wait a LONG 6 & 1/2 years until we'd finally get a win on daytime with Drew as it would finally happen during Christmas Week 2014.
