Dude, many people have all kinds of insane opinions about what a Sigma Male is but to my mind a Sigma is just a guy that is a bit more intelligent and he adapts his behavior towards different people and situations to always get the best outcome! I have never lost a physical confrontation I wanted to win (and when I unleash myself verbally, guys usually just jump me and get wrecked) and I'm pretty great at what I do for work, people I work with see me as competent and a potential leader and defender (even against bosses or verbal attacks), so I can pretty much afford to act Alpha if it benefits me or the situation calls for it but I also act Beta if I need someone else to take the risk or get burned while I observe silently on the side gathering info, is a great example of what a Sigma actually is... Also, if it benefits me to not beat up the guy that jumped me, I will a take a hit or two and start dodging and then either sick everyone on him so we can expel him from the group or guilt trip him into doing whatever I want him to do and even if he finds out he is being used, the next time he jumps me I just wreck him and convert him as a follower by telling him that I didn't mean to hurt him and we need to find a way to work as a team, but now that he knows I can hurt him he tends to auto-position himself as subservient and I again get the best outcome😁
