I snagged a good man going his own way. He had been burned and cheated on. He was actually homeless when I met him. We started hanging out and built a nice friendship. He's not homeless anymore, his life has gotten so much better. I was there for him and took him in my house for a while. Fed him and put gas in his vehicle. My ex decided “we” werent good for each other and left me devastated when i was trying to make things work, gave me a bunch of excuses and told me she’d like to keep contact to know how i was doing in the future. She said her goobyes and pretended like i didnt exist and she stopped all contact, I also never contacted her ever again out of self respect even when she was the person i was completely in love with. All of this made me realize how insignificant i was to her and as the time passed i deleted her and finally was able to block her. It took everything of me to be able to block her but my wellbeing is more important than my feelings. Ive healed a lot but had to block her because id still be vulnerable to her manipulation, she is a closed chapter now, i hope i never see her again but wish her to be happy.
