I have been a trucker going on 11 years now, there are certain companies that flat out refuse to hire women. One of these companies put it in their job ad, no women owner ops. Women easily crash out of trucking once the going gets tough. Grinding 2500-3500 miles a week, year after year sounds easy until you are out here in the jungle dealing with the stress of driving every day. I knew a female driver who did nothing but complain and make excuses to stay at home longer, she parked the truck at the terminal and went home, never came back, then blamed the company for letting her go. Ladies, a man's body was designed to take punishment and keep going, but if you insist thinking we are built the same, the colosseum welcomes you to the gladiator fight.

Only speaking about women in Tech. I worked as a professional programmer for about 8 years now including in engineering teams with women. In general, you will find that a lot of women in Tech are far more interested in getting high salaries and admiration for being a woman in a male dominated space rather than actually doing any of the hard work in companies. The problem is not that women aren't smart enough to do the job. The problem has more to do with the reality that software engineers, system engineers, network engineers, and other high paid technical roles roles in Tech are often required to work more than 40 hours a week at times and statistically most women prefer to work less hours than men, this causes a major issue for companies trying to get work done.

As a former CNA, I have to agree with this. There are two types of nurses. The ones who did their jobs and were humbled and honored to do their jobs vs the rude, Obnoxious, very lazy and just plain ol didn't care for the patients!! I had to get on two nurses because they didn't listen when I told them "Hey the resident is turning fkin BLUE!" And they said "Oh I'll be in there in a minute while playing on their damn phones!"

And NO individual is trying to take them in. Because it's a risk of their personal space. She has 3 girls. This sh!t is crazy. U can't get alone with a man so everyone has to suffer. I work in IT. Yes it pays good but it's a GRIND. You have a passion for it and a passion for continual development. I don't think many women want to work 8-10 hours then go home and study more. I'm single with no kids so I don't have shit else to do🤷‍♂️😂😂😂😂.

Very had women throwing themselves at me recently more than usually recently. The surprise on their faces when i told them im not looking for a relationship nor do i want sex from them. They take it offensively.
