When you have a girlfriend, she starts to dress down. However, when she goes out (especially without you), she puts on makeup and puts on the nice clothes. When she comes home again she dresses down immediately, because the clothes and shoes are so uncomfortable. So in the end it is only you who see the ugly version of her while totally strangers see the good looking version of her.

This is essentially what "boyfriend air" is: 1. It's always Jermaine's fault. 2. I dress a certain way when I am single to attract a boyfriend but stop doing that for some reason once I have one. 3. Why doesn't my boyfriend just always have my specific products with him at all times. 4. I guess I don't have free will to either keep doing the same things I was doing before or just be okay with the changes.

Yeah. Once she gets you to commit, she suddenly has unlimited food and no responsibilities, so she gains 5 pounds a week. Then when you break up, her fat A can't afford food or get a date, so she gets a job or other work that keeps her busy which makes her lose 5 pounds a week and she has to start showering again until she hooks some other guy and start the cycle over again.

Here's how you fix it: 1. Tell your girlfriend/wife how much you like that sexy dress of hers and how great it looks on her 2. That lipstick looks amazing on you, you get your cute little ass over here and kiss me 3. Those curls/highlights look really cute hun, I love your style. The key is to make her feel sexy and wanted and she'll dress up for you, if she's happy and a good communicator she will do things for you like dress up, go to the gym, and takencare of herself. She wants to feel sexy, and you as a man have to communicate with her in a positive way that illicits those feelings. ALSO, you have to put in some effort to look nice, be clean, and be healthy. And always be playful. Women grow through positive encouragement. Men grow through challenge. Don't challenge a woman or try to prove something to her, it's not the way women communicate. Tell them they did a great job, or you liked what they did. And show them the things that you like and want them to do. "Hey babe, today was stressful, let's go for a walk in the park" or "I've got a bunch of energy right now, why don't we go to the gym, put on your sexy yoga pants and we'll do some squats. We can work out all the built up tension when we get back. How does that sound love?" There's a sort of formula to this stuff. For instance if she says something like "do these pants make me look fat?" You do NOT answer with something like "No they look fine" or "Yeah they make your ass look huge, go to the gym" Instead say in a charming, playful way, "Babe, I don't give a fuck about those pants, I want to tear them off of you and have my way with you.
