This is the wrong way to look at women. The institute of marriage is what keeps society together, and while it makes sense to give them a taste of what the 'real world' is like, it isn't necessary or beneficial to punish reformed behavior, as doing so forever will simply cause everyone's downfall. Get women redpilled early in life so they don't make these mistakes, change marriage and divorce laws, and bring women and men back together.

Another dimension to the so called wage gap: Part time work; it's not included in the general statistic feminists, politicians, and women in general like to report. When it comes to part time work women do that a little more than men. Yet the earnings are vastly different. Men frequently work themselves into part time work that pays well. Often these are high skilled men who have cut back on their hours, yet retain their equivalent hourly pay, if not more. When it comes to women's part time work think motel maids. This difference adds up so significantly that the "Earnings" gap increases much more than what the feminists, politicians, and women complain about. Last point; why is there never any discussions on the Tax Gap? That is men pay significantly more in taxes than women. Yet women are the greater users of government social programs. Oh wait! Why should women and society in general ever show men even the slightest bit of gratitude for the good works they do? Yeah, it's expected, even demanded. So no credit there.

Regarding male overtime@@Akhillees, I certainly saw a lot of that! They were called mechanics, but that's not quite right. I was an engineer working with these fellas in a huge test lab facility where all sorts of building, fabrication, and maintaining was going on. Most of those guys never turned down an opportunity for overtime. So with paid time and a half, plus something like double-time rates on holidays, those guys were working hard and really enhancing their earnings. How notable that feminists, politicians, and women so conveniently overlook that reality. And me? I worked a two-year spell on 3rd shift that had a shift pay differential plus lots of weekend overtime. It certainly made a huge difference.

My name was on the Selective Service List . I didn't have to serve in military, men Ave been forced to fight and die because of a lottery. Woman attend all military academies, fly fighter jets,combat helicopters, but not 1 female has been on the list.

Wage gap is affected by various criteria which are routinely ignored by people pushing the narrative that it exists. Most men are willing to work worse hours, in worse conditions, they are more likely to pull overtime, they are more likely to travel, etc. for higher pay. Even in my company I worked 2nd shift which paid a shift differential, I worked all the overtime when it was available and I worked in a more complicated desk than others. On paper you could have 2 people with identical job titles, but very different pay in the end and most of the time these companies are looking for every way they can to cut labor so they aren't giving people more money out of the goodness of their heart.

He is absolutely right about tennis. I prefer to watch the women's finals because they are shorter matches but with the same amount of energy. I actually sat through the McEnroe-Connors which took around 4 hours and had way more fun watching Gaby Sabatini-Steffi Graf which was a little over two hours.

Define Energy. Serena Williams played tennis with a man but the condition was that he couldn’t be in the top 200 rank. So she played a guy who was ranked like 205 or so and he mopped the floor with her ass. Serena was asked about it in an interview later and she said that men hit the ball harder, are faster and basically better in every way. She added: “Let me play against women better”. Serena Williams, probably the best to ever do it in female tennis.

Men do not get paid more than women doing the same work. Look into any statistics of any study. Women choose professions that don't pay as well because they can. Men have to work hard to survive. Women don't get that because of easy mode. They literally don't see how much harder men have to work.

There was an experiment with women's soccer. A top level national women's team played a local 15 and under boys team. The boys destroyed them. Women are not as good as men at most sports. That being said there are sports where their game is as entertaining or more entertaining. Women's volleyball is better to watch than man's. Men hit it so hard that there are few rallies and very little defense comparatively. The women's game has more plays and to me is better to watch. Women's golf is very entertaining. They do not hit it nearly as far as the men and most could not hope to play head to head from the same tees. That being said, their game is more relatable to me as they hit it about the same length I do. They are just much, much better players. I respect that and would love to play with some of them.

I read that in the women's soccer league they negotiated for higher regular pay. However in the mens league, they took lower pay with options to earn performance bonuses. If you get an extra 10k every time you score, well thats great incentive to play hard.

Reminds me of the time that a bunch of women media personalities started a big kerfuffle about the BBC supposedly paying the female talent less than the men, and they demanded an investigation; the idea being that any revealed imbalance would allow the women to argue for more pay. When the investigation concluded, two facts became unequivocal: 1 - A very small number of men were paid more on average than women, but those men were responsible for the lion's share of the network's ratings and thus income. 2 - When you correct for performance, women on average at the BBC were paid noticeably MORE than the men. The women promptly dropped the issue, and at no point argued that either the men's pay should be brought up to their level, or their pay should be lowered to make things truly equal... demonstrating that these issues literally have nothing to do with equality, and everything about creating an artificial bugbear that women can use to steal unfair wages.

If a women was an engineer they would offer her the job first. They would try to make her the manager of the department, qualified or not. Gender bias benefits women ninety plus percent of the time. (e.g. WNBA, chivalry, preferential treatment, government aid) Society over-compensates for any perceived advantage men might have.

The wage gap is nonsense… it’s not based on same occupations, it’s based on total wages per total occupations. So women as a whole makes less than men as a whole. But there are way more men in STEM than women, and there are way more secretaries and teachers that are women. STEM pays more… along with plummers, electricians and welders that are men. Women do easy jobs and get paid less. It is what it is.
