Women in Compliance: Navigating Challenges and Oportunities

According to the UN “The World’s Women 2020: Trends and Statistics”, in terms of power and decision making, women held only 28% of managerial positions globally in 2019 - almost the same proportion as in 1995. Especially for Risk and Compliance professionals, who are responsible for many of the most crucial functions within their own organizations, women only represent a small number in the profession when including security, privacy, and audit functions.
The International Anti-Corruption Academy is inviting you to a virtual panel discussion exploring the current challenges and opportunities that women face in the Compliance world. We want to learn from each other’s experiences and discuss how to better navigate in the work field. The panel discussion brings together experienced women in ethics and compliance, including officials and chief executive officers, who are fighting unethical practices and non-compliance in the business sector.
